Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :) We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.

The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! Comfortable, bright and cosy The Headland is a large, detached house sitting in an elevated position only approximately 5 minute’s pleasant walk from the beach and the centre of Polzeath. Although the house can accommodate up to 8 guests, The Headland could also suit smaller parties of 2 and 4 as the house feels intimate, cosy and comfortable throughout. This delightful home has a large mature south facing garden, great for families, kids and dogs, and is in full sun for most of the day.

Welcome to our home from home. We come here as often as we can to get outdoors, splash in the sea, or sit in the pub and play games with the kids. Please make yourself comfortable and help yourself reasonably to anything you may need to use, i.e. toys, games, water sports equipment - Stand up Paddleboards. Parking for 2 family sized cars. (It’s tight but it works) The house is pet and human friendly. We truly hope you’ll enjoy your stay in Port Gaverne (Port Issac) North Cornwall.
