This is a beautiful home and the descriptions and pictures are 100% accurate. Rashad was one of the most responsive hosts I’ve encountered and I would absolutely book with him again!

Andy was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home is perfectly situated with easy access to snowboarding and the Bay Area. We hope to stay there again!

We've stayed at Cynthia's house twice now and would love to return. It's a great property for children. Easily spacious enough for our family of 5. There are lovely parks close by for the kids (Whitney Community Park, for example). Groceries, restaurants etc are a short drive away too. The neighborhood is quiet and very pretty.

Great place to stay. Just a few steps away from great walking trails along the beautiful American river. Being at the end of a street is really nice. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful home well maintained, you can tell they love it and want others to enjoy it as well. Anastasia and her husband were both available if needed and took care of any small items that came up immediately. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if planning another trip out that way ♥️

Doug was great, very responsive and friendly. Our family of 5 had two longer stays at this property and Doug was proactive in getting any questions resolved. Beautiful home and location in historic Folsom.

Can’t say enough about this wonderful gem… The home was spacious and modernly furnished with everything that you would need plus extra fun . The backyard in pool were perfect for a family time and connecting. It was a refreshing oasis. We loved it.

Lovely time in Apple Hill area for wine tasting and spending quality time with friends. We went out here for my 30th birthday and it couldn’t have been a better place for us to stay. We had dinner at the house and it was so easy with the kitchen and room to eat. Everyone had their own space but also had great spaces to all hang out and play games together. It was so close for wine tasting, breweries, and restaurants. Zinah and Andrew responded quickly with recommendations and information, as well as letting us check-in early. Would highly recommend!

The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Everything was labelled clearly and instructions were dialed. Spacious enough to fit 6 adults comfortably for relaxing downtime as well as provided ample room for all of us to get ready for a wedding within a 20 minute drive at a local orchard. Unfortunately it was a wee chilly and we weren't able to utilize the large private backyard as we hoped but can see how that would have added to the charm of the quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend and will seek out this property again should i find myself needing to stay in the area.

What a beautiful property! My husband, best friend, and I stayed here for 4 nights for our friend’s wedding at the Sierra Banquet Center (which was only a 6 minute drive away). I greatly appreciated Jennifer’s clear check-in/check-out instructions and how friendly and welcoming her and Matt are! They were so thoughtful in leaving a card and a bottle of wine for us. The house was spacious, quiet, CLEAN, and so comfortable! I’ll definitely be booking again for our next Apple Hill visit!

The house is super cozy and exactly as described! We had an amazing weekend — peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature. Ryker was always in touch, making sure everything was perfect for us. Don’t think twice about booking this place if you’re looking for a quiet and beautiful getaway. And definitely don’t miss the lake just 6 minutes away — it’s absolutely incredible!

We’re grateful that Tyler allowed us to stay at his place. It was very clean and close to all of the destinations we hoped to see, including Calaveras Big Trees State Park and White Pines Lake. Tyler’s kitchen was well stocked. After a 4 hour drive, we were very grateful to have so much coffee and popcorn available. The appliance upgrades made the stay even more pleasant. Tyler reached out and made his place available for early check-in without request. He didn’t have to do that. That was very considerate of him. I would gladly stay there again.

Had a wonderful time. Dark skies for the stargazers. Saw some house finches, quails, bees, robins, goldfinches, vultures, ravens, and dragonflies.

My family and I had a lovely stay at The Blackbird - the house and surrounding area were beautiful and Janine was a great host. I would definitely stay here again!

David’s cabin was exactly as described—beautiful, peaceful, and just like the photos. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed, including a great selection of board games. The balcony view was absolutely spectacular—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. It was the perfect escape from city life, surrounded by nature and quiet. I only wish we had a few more days to stay, but unfortunately, work called us back. We’ll definitely be looking forward to coming back for a longer stay next time. The cabin comfortably fits two, but it could easily accommodate three or even four people. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the woods. Thanks again, David!

Janice’s place was magical. My husband and I spent a weekend there to enjoy our time with our two dogs in Lake Tahoe. Dogs loved the space and the outdoor, it was just what two big snow dogs needed. Traveling to Tahoe from Pollock was great! We were hesitant at first due to the travel time there, but the drive was so enjoyable, only 1 hour away and so scenic. It’s close to amenities and right on a main road, super close to the highway. The home was the coziest we’ve stayed in, we thought we’d be cold and brought extra blankets but we did not need them, Janice had extra blankets and towels in her home, plus heater, so we were super cozy. The home is equipped with everything you would need so that made it great! The most amazing part was experiencing winter wonderland here. We sat at the porch and watched our snow dogs play in the front lawn, the house has these beautiful windows all around so we could enjoy the snow from inside. Truly a beautiful home, don’t hesitate to book.

I am so happy to have found this wonderful place to stay. Charming is an understatement. The location is just beautiful, with the smell of pines and the sound of the wind through their needles. The house was squeaky clean. The inside of the house is a showpiece, the bathrooms are beautiful, the kitchen amazing. I love all the fun decor elements. Deb was very easy to communicate with. I would stay again, in a heartbeat.
