We loved our stay. The open kitchen and living/dining area were perfect for our family. The bedrooms on lower levels allowed for quiet and privacy. The place is beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful, park-like setting. The home is cozy and clean. I am a plant girl who lives in the country so I felt right at home. The pool was sparkling and surrounded by citrus trees that smelled amazing. We had some rogue ants join the party in the kitchen the first night but Angie was quick to reply and had it handled immediately. We loved having a little oasis to escape to while visiting friends in Roseville. Will come back!

We had the most wonderful girls weekend at this Airbnb! Everyone was blown away but how gorgeous the home and grounds were. Really nothing bad to say about this place, it’s perfect for a large group! The home is spacious and cozy and the outside has room for so many activities. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating for our needs! It was hard to leave this magical place, we will definitely be back!

Everything was amazing and great location. I was a little bummed we couldn’t get the sauna to work. However, the pool, hot tub, home movie theater and comfortable open floor plan with pool table made up for it. Great stay!

We stayed here for 10 days with our young children and hardly left the property! The house is stunning and there’s so much to explore outside. We spent most days swimming in the gorgeous pool too. Michelle was the most helpful and responsive host I’ve ever met - she was wonderful. Thank you for hosting us!

This house was beautiful and clean. It was a quiet neighborhood, which we enjoyed. Our favorite thing was coffee by the pool In the morning’s. The location was great and there many options of stores to go to. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Folsom.

Had a wonderful time. Dark skies for the stargazers. Saw some house finches, quails, bees, robins, goldfinches, vultures, ravens, and dragonflies.

Definitely recommend staying here. Will hopefully come back here soon. Me and my wife loved the place from top to bottom. Felt like a dream staying here. I would stay here again definitely. Host was very responsive and the place felt like a dream i did not want to wake up from. 5 star all the way!

We stayed for a 3-day weekend with four kids and 2 dogs and had a great time. Beds were comfortable, the home was clean (except under the beds, which wasn’t a big deal and out of the host’s control since he can’t exactly inspect the cleaner’s job every time), and the area is rich in history and nature. We had a lot of fun exploring the area around the home and feeding the sweet goats at the park/school right across the road. Please research healthy options to feed them though! There is hay at the school as well. If you have dogs, there is a dog run type fenced in area for them to potty and play. Bring laundry detergent and washcloths if you need them. The neighbor’s dogs are out all hours of the day and night and bark a lot, so keep that in mind if you care about that stuff. Again, out of the host’s control! We weren’t that bothered. We would definitely stay here again. If you’re thinking about booking this one, just do it!

Such a gem! We loved the property, it is so beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. The location was perfect, plenty of wineries, shops and restaurants within a couple of miles.

We had a lovely stay. We saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed the peaceful view. The house is great and provides lots of privacy, but also an open living area.

Patrick's cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of four (2 kids, 2 adults) for our annual Tahoe summer vacation. The cabin is gorgeous, impeccably clean and outfitted with everything you could possibly need (well appointed kitchen, bathroom amenities, etc.). The location on the West Shore is the perfect launch point for summer adventuring (hikes, biking, lake access, etc.) and the neighborhood is very quiet/peaceful. We appreciated the thorough instructions/videos provided and Patrick's prompt responses to questions, which made for a smooth stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Gosh where do I start? This was by far my favorite place we have stayed so far. The home was beautiful, cozy, and the accommodations were perfect. We barely left the home (just for food and groceries) and spent almost all of our time outdoors by the river making memories with our littles. Our dog got to hang out with us as well. We loved the fact that the deck can be gated and closed and this relieved a lot of stress as far as having to constantly watch our dog. The atmosphere is relaxing, the home is clean, and has everything you need. Outside, there are multiple sitting areas and direct access to the water. During hot peak hours, we took dips in the river with the kids and during cooler temps in the evenings, we relaxed in the hot tub. We are planning on making this a yearly tradition. The host was very kind and responsive and just friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very large and roomy, so you can have several guests without feeling like you are on top of each other. There was plenty of seating available. Kitchen was very large with plenty of cookware and we loved the large dining room table and seating that allowed for large family meals together. The setting is very peaceful. We truly enjoyed watching deer and wild turkey roam through yard. Laura and Dan were very responsive and flexible on check-in. Really appreciated that they allowed us to drop off luggage and groceries prior to our scheduled check-in, so we could have room in our vehicle to pick up other guests at the airport. We would stay again.

A wonderful fresh and modern home. A corner lot with a nice deck. Sheri was very friendly and responsive, she let us extend our stay by a day. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was very fun!

This beautiful home was above and beyond our expectations! Everything about this home was pristine and cozy! The bear and big foot decor was cute and enjoyable. This home was also stocked with everything such as a coffee bar, popcorn maker, smores maker and all other small kitchen appliances were available. The garage was amazing with a pool table, ping pong table and many other games to play. Katy our host made this home feel welcoming and stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be booking this home in the future and my family and I highly recommend.

We had a great time at Michelle and Stephen’s place. Cozy and comfortable we stayed in on Sunday and watched movies on Netflix and Amazon prime all day. Door dashed our meals so we didn’t have to go anywhere. Plus every room had its own temperature control! . Super awesome hosts!

Great location adjacent to National Forests and a 30 min drive to Tahoe. We enjoyed relaxing in the stream which was running swiftly when we visited in mid-June. House was as described and host was quick to respond to questions.

House was amazing. Beautiful area, kids had a blast. It was better than the photos. We highly recommend staying here and Nicole and Jaggar were responsive and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed with another couple for our first ever visit to Lake Tahoe. The home is in a beautiful, private, quiet setting. The lake was visible through the gorgeous pines of the region. The place was even more lovely in person, tastefully decorated and furnished. I look for homes with spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms with lots of counter space, and I hope for plentiful plush towels and nice linens. This home checks all those boxes! Matt was very thorough with info needed for the place and was timely to respond from booking to checkout, and we appreciated the short list of things to do to before we left. Would HIGHLY recommend!
