Luciano's House

Ancient medieval village. Tranquility is a special gift: no TV, no WiFi. *Mobile connectivity and public transportation services are unreliable.* 3 km away, the town of Poggio Mirteto that brings you back to modernity (over 6,000 inhabitants). Railway station (Fiumicino-Orte airport) 6 km from Poggio Mirteto: almost all trains, in addition to the stops in Rome, make a terminus inside the airport. Quick access to A1, A2. Basic starting practice for walks in the Sabine Mountains. It's on Francesco's Way.

Villa on the lake with a pool

Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.
