We had a great stay overall! The home was clean, practical, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and quickly helped us resolve a minor issue with the door lock—communication was excellent throughout. We really appreciated the building's security and the secure parking lot, which made us feel at ease. There was a bit of construction noise from the school across the street, and you can definitely expect the usual city sounds and vibes typical of the Quintana Roo area—but nothing that disrupted our stay. Would definitely recommend!

This is one of the best locations I’ll stayed in playa del Carmen. The roof top pools are awesome with a great view of the ocean that’s just a block down the road. The gym is fully equipped with just about everything you need if you have an active workout routine. And the bar/ restaurant up there makes it a one stop shop you literally don’t have to leave the building if don’t want to. Assuming you do go out and about 5th Ave the beach and everything else is just under a 5 minute walk awesome place to stay highly recommend for a great getaway.

El lugar está muy cerca de la 5ta avenida. Pero del lado donde no están los antros , por tal razón no se percive ruido al momento de dormir. El área lo sentí muy seguro . El apartamento es como se describe en las fotos . Muy cómodo . Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

We had a fantastic stay in Playa del Carmen! The apartment was in a terrific location—just a few blocks from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The staff was really wonderful: friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive to the few requests we had. Their hospitality made everything feel easy and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet emplacement. L'hôte nous a répondu rapidement. L'emplacement du logement était parfait pour nous, très près de la plage et des restaurants. Il était également très propre. Il y avait de la musique le soir, mais rien qui nous a empêché de dormir. Nous avons également apprécié les chaises de plage et le parasol qui étaient très pratiques pour nous. La vue de la piscine est splendide. Nous recommandons fortement.

Perfect location - directly on the beach. Beautiful condo that is well appointed and spotless with a great Italian restaurant next door. Very easy access to the beach. Marisa is incredibly friendly and helpful with my requests. Front desk/receptionists are also lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

El apartamento de Toti, tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar una vacacion con todo lo necesario, y lujos extras, es la 2da vez que vamos y seguiremos repitiendo. El apartamento es muy amplio, con una terraza enorme, muy recomendable para familias con niños. la piscina esta a unos cuantos pasos y es enorme. Y la comunicacion excelente, siempre al pendiente de nosotros

We had a fantastic 5‑night stay at this Playa del Carmen Airbnb! The location was unbeatable—just steps from Mamita’s Beach, Quinta Avenida, great restaurants, and the Market, yet wonderfully quiet at night. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen (which came in handy after our grocery run), and the fast reliable Wi‑Fi made it ideal for planning each day. Check‑in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect home base—comfortable, convenient, and easy to unwind in. The totally private hot tub and sun deck are just cherries on top! Highly recommend!

Mi estancia fue perfecta desde el primer momento. El alojamiento estaba impecable, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para sentirme como en casa. Pero lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue el anfitrión: siempre atento, amable y disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitara. Se notaba el cariño y el cuidado en cada detalle. We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

Especially if you’re coming from out of the country, you want to feel safe, especially if it’s a Airbnb! Cesar and all the workers of Blue Angel hotel are very helpful and communicative! On top of it, there’s three gates keeping you and your loved ones safe from any harm! Again Super responsive, respectful, safe!

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable condo interior, furnishings, lobby, etc. Safe and secure gated parking with friendly guards. Ocean views from the private balcony. Kitchen had all nice appliances, cookware, dishes, etc, plus various coffee makers, incl a French Press. Bathroom and shower were modern and clean. Bed was big and comfortable, with a bunch of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Both TV's worked great, incl. streaming apps. The host, Jeffrey, and his local property manager, Cristian were both super friendly, helpful, and were active with communication. All questions were answered promptly and made our stay anxiety-free! One block walk to the beach. Within a few blocks of EVERYthing needed, ped mall with gift shops, upscale and mid-level restaurants of all types, pharmacies, currency exchange, and many convenience stores/bodegas. Big grocery store and Walmart were within 2miles. We would absolutely book Jeffrey's condo next time we come to Playa del Carmen!!

Le logement était très bien situé. Il était à proximité de la plage, à distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants dont la 38e avenue. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, tout était parfait pour notre séjour. La piscine sur le toit était agréable et on voyait la mer, Cozumel, etc. Son emplacement est dans un quartier tranquille et sécuritaire (il y a une personne à l’accueil du building et une station de police au coin de la rue). Nous avons eu un excellent séjour, nous y avons séjourné 5 jours. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter.

El alojamiento se acomodo exactamente a lo que buscábamos, si quieres moverte entre varios municipios o distritos de la Riviera maya este lugar es el indicado. Muy cerca a la 5ta avenida y cercana a mamita Beach. El parqueadero y la comunicación de Carlos fue efectiva. Lo mejor de todo es que es el proceso fue extremadamente confiable.

Muy lindo apartamento, con todo lo necesario, está en un complejo con varias amenidades, playa, una alberca gigante, jacuzzi, tiene restaurantes. Muy buena comunicación y respuesta de los anfitriones. Tanto a la entrada como salida fueron muy puntuales. El departamento limpio y funcionando bien todo lo que usamos. Muy recomendable 👌

Desde que pusimos un pie en Mex Alex, nuestro host, estuvo muy atento hasta ayudándonos con la movilidad desde el aeropuerto hasta el airbnb 🙌🏼. Las instrucciones de ingreso fueron claras, ademas dispusimos toda la estadía de una cochera para nuestro auto respondiendo a nuestro pedido 🚘 . El departamento es chico pero cómodo. Su baño es bastante amplio, limpio y cómodo. La cocina es chiquita pero practica, tiene todo lo que necesitas. La terraza esta muy linda para pasar la tarde. Sinceramente recomendaríamos este airbnb para tu estadía en playa, cerca de todo, cómodo y con una atención del anfitrión impecable 💖 Buena playa al que venga! Gracias Alex por todo 🙌🏼

We had a wonderful time at Chris’s place!! It was the perfect location for our family’s first visit to Playa del Carmen. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and hosts were responsive. Five stars all the way!! We will definitely book Chris’s place next time we are in PDC.

Cruz con Mar is one of our favorite places to stay in PDC. We have been in quite a few different units in the building. This one was one of the best. The ease of the door lock and the updated thermostats might be a strange complement but IYKYK. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers were great.
