The penthouse is part of a residential complex in Runhof. 20min walk to Längenfeld or 12min with the bus to Sölden. The bus stop is just 150 meters away. The layout is spacious, with wooden floors, all the way around a balcony and a great south facing terrace. Fantastic views on all sides all year round! The interior is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with spacious 2 pers. beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There is a a babybed and a washing machine.

Een ontzettend fijne week gehad samen met mijn vriendinnen in het appartement. Het is een prachtig, schoon en nieuw huis. Dichtbij de dorpstraat, skiliften en supermarkt. We hebben genoten. Daarnaast hadden we erg prettig contact en reageerde de host snel op mijn vragen.

Mijn vrouw en ik hebben 3 dagen doorgebracht in de Italiaanse Dolomieten, in het fantastische vakantiehuis van Monika. Ons verblijf heeft aan al onze wensen voldaan; een mooi, comfortabel en schoon huis, gelegen op een geweldige plek op een berghelling, en alle privacy die je kunt wensen. Monika heeft haar best gedaan om ons te verwennen, en bracht zelfs een paar lekkernijen voor ons langs (heerlijke taart en lekkere strudel)! De laatste 3 km naar het huis toe waren uitdagend; maar doordat het zeer rustig was met overig verkeer zijn er nooit spannende situaties voorgekomen. Wij vinden dit huis een absolute aanrader voor natuur- en rustzoekers, die op een bijzondere locatie een schitterend uitzicht op de Dolomieten zoeken.

Die „Hobbithöhle“ ist wirklich ein ganz besonderer Ort – wunderschön gestaltet und mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet (vor allem für Herr der Ringe Fan’s). Man spürt in jedem Winkel, wie viel Herzblut hier drin steckt. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich, warm und einfach zauberhaft – genau so stellt man sich eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag vor. Auch die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön – ruhig, idyllisch und perfekt zum Entspannen oder für Spaziergänge in der Natur. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war überaus freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit – man merkt, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – es war einfach perfekt!

Staying at Maria’s place was just amazing. The location is stunning. Away from the main tourist areas, you have views from your own balcony… and they are stunning. Maria and her husband were wonderful and friendly. They helped with great local advice, restaurant recommendations and bookings and tourist info. The apartment was perfect. First class amenities. We loved it and would happily return. Thank you.

Regina was extremely welcoming during our stay, we felt very comfortable there. Everything was straight forward, excellent facilities and absolutely beautiful apartment with a spectacular view among the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and one that provides everything you need to be comfortable. Even despite the language barrier, Regina was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit her place again one day!

heel mooi verblijf! alles was heel schoon en het voelde heel huiselijk. alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. het is tot nu toe echt de schoonste airbnb die we hebben gehad. we zouden dit zeker aanraden. host is super aardig en kwam op de aankomstdag even kennismaken, heel attent :)
