Maria and Claudio have been the perfect hosts. Their vacation house is so nice that you can start feel home immediately. The garden and pool ist just remarkable. We would love to come back someday!

Fabio and Sarah's farm is a true oasis of peace and tranquility! We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home! It was an extremely pleasant stay in the spirit of nature and the beautiful surrounding landscapes. The pool, overlooking the valley, is really beautiful! The accommodation provided is well maintained and tastefully furnished! Fabio was very helpful and kind: he was a great help in solving a problem we had just arrived! We will definitely return to this paradise... a wonderful place where you slow down and rediscover the beauty of nature 💚 Thanks Fabio and Sarah!

The place is an absolute find! The house is huge with beautiful spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy . Sherif who looks over the house , welcomed us on arrival , showed us around and was present on the grounds so could help with any issues that arise . The grounds are stunning and idyllic giving you the peace and views of Tuscany . It was perfect for a family vacay with three young kids and parents . We did day trips to Pisa ( 10 min ) and Luca ( 30min) with cars we rented . All straight forward drives . My friends and family are all wanting to book to come !

What a beautiful styled property to relax and enjoy the Tuscan scenery in a tranquil setting! We stayed in one of the self contained apartments equipped for cooking. An open dining & kitchen area with a floor-ceiling window allowed us to enjoy the breeze; as all windows have mosquito screens. For morning coffee or sunset glass of wine we could adjourn to an outside table and chairs. The immaculate landscaped garden gently slopes down to an infinity pool inviting you to immerse in the cool water or take shade on a garden lounger under surrounding olive trees as you overlook the wonderful country view. With only few occupants we could enjoy the pool exclusively for a time. Cristina has considered everything and a meticulous eye for design and order is evident all around. The beautiful working kitchen and dining area mimic those in interiors magazines and a culinary prowess is apparent if you choose to enjoy Cristina's luxuriant breakfast, which we implore you to experience at least once!

Beautiful view, clean and very well-decorated accommodation with quality furniture, very well-equipped and renovated, beautiful pool. We had the accommodation overlooking the pool with the terrace and the sofa, very nice when the weather was nice. Very natural environment with few shops around, the first are 15 minutes down to the city. The village of Silico is cute but there is only one restaurant, located 100 m walk from the house (with a beautiful view). Unfortunately we didn't have good weather in May, and even cold, plan warm clothes and hot water bottle because we only had heating the last 2 days and only a few hours in the evening. the animals on the land offer a total change of scenery. in summary the place is beautiful especially if it's sunny because it's quite isolated. thank you to Monica for her sympathy and responsiveness.

Giuliana’s place was amazing. Right beside the water, close to restaurants, and a quick walk to the train station. She was very helpful and I highly recommend staying here!

Easy to check in and always available for any question

Spacious, fresh and clean house. Very comfortable mattresses. You can get to the sea of Forte dei Marmi in 10 minutes. I hope to come back another time.

The location of the accommodation was very good. 10 min. to LaSpezia and yet very rural. There are many excursion options also to popular destinations such as Pisa and Lucca or to idyllic hiking trails directly in the area. The apartment is very nicely done and is well equipped, with everything you need. Communication with the landlord was always very quick and helpful. In total, we had very nice days at the place.

This place is heaven! What a lovely spot to relax - and Rosaeugenia is such a lovely lady! She was so sweet and bought us croissants and beautiful home-made jam. The location is stunning and the guest house is very cute! Highly recommend!

We went there for the second time and it was just perfect as the first time. Diego's property is beautiful overlooking San Gimignano, it is quiet and very idyllic so you can really unwind. The apartment was great, is well equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable and would love to come a third time next year. A nice place to stay that exactly matched the description with a quiet location and a large parking lot right next to it. The apartment had everything you needed and nothing was missing, plus a great terrace. Check-in was very easy and communication with the host was great

Dear Anna-Lisa and Marcello, we had a fantastic time in your beautiful house, which we would love to recommend. The house has been lovingly renovated, is pleasantly cool and very well equipped. In front of the house is a huge garden where children can have fun. There is also a covered area with a table and chairs. The house is ideally located for all excursions, whether to the beach, to beautiful small villages and of course to the great old town of Lucca. Anna-Lisa gave us great tips in advance for exploring the area. It is worth highlighting the great helpfulness of Anna-Lisa, who was always very easily accessible and helped us with all questions or difficult situations, such as a hospital stay. A big thank you for your great hospitality and your delicious olive oil! Grazie mille! We will be happy to come back :)

beautiful rustic but modern renovated, furnished with care as if it were an inhabited house. Spotless cleanliness of the rooms and linens, generous and perfectly organized spaces. I wanted to live there all year round! Very kind host and always available. Really great stay. Thank you

It has been our second time at this place and it was perfect as always. The property is beautiful as is the cottage and we enjoyed our stay very much. Kata has been very helpful and always responded quickly. We love this area as the Tuscans are super relaxed, very friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful accommodation, surrounded by nature and just outside a small village. Romina and Ricardo were fantastic hosts, kind and helpful. The accommodation is new, very clean and beautifully decorated. The area is secluded, you need to drive everywhere. We will come again!

We had a wonderful 5 days staying in Meera and Federico's apartment. It was right in the centre of the town overlooking the sea. Plenty of restaurants, shops etc. The apartment was perfect, everything for a comfortable holiday. Meera and Federico were easy to communicate with. We will come back again.
