Sita al primo con balcone abitabile, presente una scala quindi non adatta a bimbi piccoli e persone con problemi di deambulazione. Spiaggia a 300 metri. A 4 km da Forte dei Marmi, 7 km da Viareggio e Lucca, Prato, Pistoia e Firenze. Lavastoviglie, lavatrice per piccoli bucati e un lavandino esterno. NO Wi-Fi. Animali ben venuti.
