Giovanni was wonderful. He was a great host and was so kind. He let us check in early and he was very respectful and responsive. He offered us local recommendations and he was truly a brilliant host. His place was perfect and the best was so comfortable. My partner said it was the best night sleep he had in a long time - we even asked where he got the mattress from. Thank you Giovanni ❤️

Annalisa was the perfect host! From communication beforehand and having someone meet us in person at check in to get us settled to helping us get a taxi last minute at check out, every step of they way she was responsive to our needs. The apartment was less than a block from the Tower of Pisa, location could not be beat. The back bedroom overlooked the garden and was quiet. The front bedroom overlooked the street. The bathroom had great green tiles and amenities. We were greeted with breakfast food, milk, water and juice in the fridge and a bottle of wine. The internet was not working due to the provider not working so not the hosts fault, they informed us upon check in. I would not hesitate to book here, amazing host that is committed to their guests having a wonderful stay.

Perfect location in the historic centre. It is above a busy street, but the double glazing means you can’t hear any of the street noise below. It does mean that you are within steps of a number of restaurants and shops and the tower is only 15min walk away. There is one full flight of stairs to navigate and a couple of small steps up to the apartment, easy with carry on cases, something to consider with hold luggage. Carolina was super easy to deal with, even allowing me early access to the apartment, she also had a comprehensive 'how to' guide for the apartment as well as a list of recommendations for restaurants and activities

What an amazing place to stay, fantastic location, close to the airport, station, centre of Pisa, supermarkets and restaurants. We used it as a base to also travel to Lucca and Florence. Spotless accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Amazing shower. Comfy beds and everything you need. Lovely touches leaving biscuits and juice for our arrival. They are perfect hosts and I would 100% recommend you stay there.

Great stay in Pisa at this apartment. Perfect size for our family of 5 with 2 large bedrooms. The decor was lovely and modern with traditional touches. The tower is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment and there are lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. We needed a flexible check in due to a late flight which was accommodated with clear instructions to enter when we arrived. I’d recommend this place.

Lorenzo is a fantastic and kind person, always helpful , location is great! 15 mins walk to Pisa tower and 10 mins to train station. Accommodation is very clean and have everything what you need for your staying, apartment is located in very quiet street so no noises at night. Really recommend it !

Ilaria was a great host! She was so sweet and welcoming. The house was very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and had many amenities/treats. It was also located so close to many attractions and she provided a map with routes to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely book here again!

We cannot say enough goods things about Gabriele 's apartment. It is even nicer than the pictures I think. Everything was spotless and Gabriele was very helpful and answered all our questions very promptly. You could not ask for a better location in Lucca. We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this is right at the top of our list. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

Very beautiful place!

Firstly what a wonderful person Moira is and an absolute pleasure to meet. We were contacted by Moira who advised that she had a meeting later in the day and asked if we could meet early to check-in; excellent. Moira was really friendly and greeted us warmly. She showed us around the apartment and explained where everything was. We paid our occupancy taxes and she went to her meeting. Our initial look around demonstrated that the furnishing and presentation of the apartment was exactly as described in the wording on the site and the photos illustrated. The bed and sofa were both firm but comfortable and the kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, cups and glasses etc that you would ever need. The shower was nice and hot and well ventilated. The addition of an outdoor space is a real plus as an additional somewhere to sit and leave clothing to dry. The location of the apartment is excellent; within easy walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants - we will certainly plan to return.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

We had a great time in Barga! The accommodation is very centrally located in Barga with lots of great restaurants nearby, that was great! Eleonora was always easily accessible and very helpful. The apartment is stylish and beautifully decorated. Glad to come back :)

We loved staying at Helga and Federico’s apartment! The place was very clean and nearby one of the main gates, with many restaurants, parking options, and things to do. Federico gave us recommendations for places to go, and it is clear he loves this town!

We had a wonderful vacation with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very well. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment really large and we didn't miss anything. We can well imagine coming back. :)

What a BEAUTIFUL place to stay! We would definitely love to return.Andreas was so incredibly helpful,generous and welcoming. The cats were extremely friendly and as animal-lovers, we adored time with them. The scenery is absolutely incredible! Andreas gave us fresh eggs from his hens for breakfast - a lovely gesture. The bed was sooo comfy too. We only had a brief stay, but managed to squeeze in swimming in the pool and time drinking in the sheer peace. Andreas told us about a natural spring close by where we enjoyed collecting our water daily. Thankyou Andreas for making our stay such a special one. Very kind regards. Jane and family.

We had a couple of fantastic days up in the mountains at Cima alla Serra. We sat every night on the terrace and enjoyed the view and the tranquility, and during the day you could relax by the pool, which was fantastic. Giovanna and the staff on site were very helpful and we are so happy with our stay. Although it is relatively close to Pisa, you should have a car, which we were recommended. We hope to have the opportunity to come back again! Thanks for a couple of nice days :)

Very nice apartment with a great terrace and a beautiful view of beach and sea. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. The host and his co-hosts were always easily accessible and very nice and friendly. We were here in mid-October and it was very quiet in the house. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Just go ahead and book! You won’t regret it! We had a great time! Susie and Paolo were so lovely! Our daughter loved petting Luglio. The location is great. You can spend the whole time there secluded and surrounded by the forrest and enjoying the fresh pool or also do day trips. We even went the beach. The flat is just like the pictures! Definitely a recommendation! An authentic AirBnB-Experience! :)

Both Barbara and Andrea were very welcoming and forthcoming when we encountered a hitch in our travel plans. They are unusually friendly, and accommodating hosts. The house is a great base for exploring the surrounding area and is tastefully decorated. Highly recommended!

The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. A little paradise in Tuscany with the most breathtaking view. We spend alot of the days at the house, swimming in the pool, cooking and generally feeling at home! They surprised us with fresh cherries 🍒 a few times and were happy to explain the beautiful routes you can walk around. We will def be back! ❤️
