The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

A very cozy, quaint spot, and close to everything! Milton recommended great spots, and was very quick to respond and gave clear instructions. Would definitely look into staying again if coming back into the area.

Brandon’s place was a great location for everything we wanted to do. It matches the description and photos. The terrace outside is a fabulous place to spend time and chill on an evening. Great place to stay if your going downtown Orlando my pet loved the open area and land also close to everything will be again

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in super easy. They even provided thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Whether you’re looking for a short getaway or a longer stay, I highly recommend this property. I would absolutely book again!

This is great place stay. It is very clean and the host is always available and communicates well!

I loved the area very walkable and I felt safe. The place was charming and clean. I would suggest bringing paper towels, body wash and napkins as those things weren’t provided. Shampoo and conditioner was provided. George was very responsive with any question(s) I had. He was very kind. I liked that a fan, ironing board and hair dryer were provided. Tv watching isn’t fancy, cable with lots of commercials but it was ok. I watched a lot on my phone from my own streaming services. All in all I am satisfied. It was a last minute booking so I was thankful I found a place in such a charming area.

Personally I was sad to leave! Such a lovely location and getting to enjoy the views from the kitchen island or hanging out on the dock every day was so peaceful. Just the kind of vacation I needed to get me through the rest of my year 🌴 Our host was very kind and responded very quickly! Book a stay here!

We had a great stay at Willis’ property! To me the star is the backyard. Large pool with a REAL deep end, lounge chairs, covered patio with cushioned furniture and a TV, BBQ, and a hammock! But that’s not to say the inside gets left out; all new appliances in the kitchen, both bathrooms nicely updated, comfortable couch and decent size rooms throughout! We found the neighborhood quiet, covered carport was very helpful, and plenty of options in just a few minutes drive. Willis’ communication was top notch, check in info was sent on time, same with follow ups and check outs, even checked with us if a pool cleaning service visit was timed OK for us. Would definitely rent from again!

My family and I were very happy with Jameson’s place! It was clean, well appointed, spacious, and the pool and outside patio are a great place for a family to congregate. I only wish that we could have stayed there longer. We visit Orlando annually as we have family in the area and look forward to staying here again in the future! Also, the host was very friendly, accommodating, and responsive.

This was a very good place to stay for a weekends lots of things to do close by, and Bruno was very nice and responsive, had no issues during the whole day

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. The host provided clear instructions that made check-in super easy. The location was beautiful, safe, and walkable — perfect for our Universal and Disney trip. The pool was a great bonus, and the room was spacious and well-designed. Overall, a wonderful experience.
