The room was very clean and in a convenient location close to shops, food, and universal! My family had an amazing time and would definitely recommend 10/10

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

I enjoyed my visit as i could walk to my happy place....shops, restaurants, and a fabulous cafe! I had a wonderful time and will likely return. At first, the temperature was chilly at night and there was no way to set it myself. However, Jason was proactive in having a heater brought to my room. The unit was clean and neat and the location was perfect.

This location, condo, and amenities were great. Glorious was a wonderful host. I would recommend and would rent again!

Brandon’s place was a great location for everything we wanted to do. It matches the description and photos. The terrace outside is a fabulous place to spend time and chill on an evening. Andrea was a great host with a beautiful apartment that was exactly as advertised. Close to all the parks with good restaurants nearby and the amenities right outside the building.

Exceptionally clean; comfortable furniture and beds; nicely stocked kitchen. Conveniently located to Leu Gardens and The Dr Philip’s Center for Performing Arts-two places we visited. Many restaurants and pubs close by as well as a Fresh Market. Hope to visit Frank’s home again!!

We’ve stayed at Jonny’s place several times and always make it a point to come back when we’re in Florida. Jonny is an amazing host and this home is beautiful and always exceeds expectations. Great place with only a short drive to many hotspots and good spots to eat.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay due to an issue caused by the previous guest, which left the property unavailable for my reservation. While the situation was disappointing, I want to highlight how responsive and proactive Kyle was throughout the process. He immediately took steps to resolve the issue, kept me updated, and looped in Airbnb support without me needing to reach out myself—which I really appreciated. Thank you!

Lovely old home in beautiful convenient neighborhood. Lots of space, great back yard with nice pool. Well stocked with plenty of towels. Kitchen is spacious. Comfortable living rooms and beds. Will definitely seek to book this place again on our next trip to Orlando.

This was a very good place to stay for a weekends lots of things to do close by, and Bruno was very nice and responsive, had no issues during the whole day

It is a very beautiful home. I loved how well stocked Jean's house was. My favorite part was how safe the neighborhood was. My mom and I took evening walks with my infant son while there.

We had a fantastic two-night stay! The condo was just what we needed for our family of four—clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The kids loved the pool, and the neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly. It was in a great location, close to parks and anything else we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything from check-in to check-out was super simple and convenient. We’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!
