10 Minutes to Universal - Charming Private Home

Beautiful newly remodeled home centrally located. 3 bedrooms (2 King 1 Queen) and 2 full baths (1 walk in shower w/ grab bars). Carport. Huge and private yard to enjoy! Comfortable living room with big screen TV, couches and lazyboy recliners. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Office desk and chair. Washer and Dryer. 10 Minutes to Universal Studios and just minutes more to International Drive, Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, or Disney. Grocery, liquor, pizza, chinese within a 5 minute walk.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, since it is a Lake Front Apartment with an amazing view from inside. Aprox. 28 minutes from Walt Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Acuatica, Just 20 minutes from the Orlando Down Town, with a lot of great restaurants. Also, enjoy the Natural Springs of Wakiva, just 15 minutes way from this apartment,( a great place for visitors) Kitchen equipped with every thing. 1 bath / 1 queen size bed and a twin air bed for a third person.

This cottage is a unique free-standing detached dwelling in the heart of Lawsona Park in the Historic District in downtown Orlando. It sits behind the owner's main house in the back of the lot; privacy is not an issue. The cottage is loaded with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. We are close to highways to visit Universal, Disney World, Sea World any more attractions in central Florida. In addition, Uber is a very good option for transportation.

It is located in our one acre property behind our house (very private) the parking is on the side of our house next to our carport and you will go through a gate and follow the path to the airstream.
