This place is beautiful exactly like the photos. Patio door is just steps from the pool. Kitchen has everything you need. Very convenient location close to everything in Scottsdale. Will definitely book here again if available maybe as soon as September. we found the location to be excellent with easy access to downtown Phoenix and other surrounding communities. the house is nicely decorated to make it feel homey.

The Airbnb was really nice and felt right at home. All the rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen/living area were super clean and smelled nice. The community where this house is located is also nice and peaceful. Lastly, Pete and Maria are very welcoming and helped me throughout my stay at their Airbnb. I would highly recommend renting this place for a big family.

This house is a must book. Its very spacious & clean. The beds were so soft in a good way. A balcony connected to the master bedroom. We utilized the patio the most, it was peaceful & private. The host responded quickly & checked on us throughout our stay. Overall I give this house a 10/10.

Traveling with little kids, Anessa was very proactive and responsive about making sure we had a baby gate and pack n play available. She was flexible, friendly, and quick to respond. One of the smoothest stays we have ever had

Wir haben 18 Tage in der Unterkunft von Wade verbracht. Wir fanden ein sehr schönes, geschmackvolles Haus in ruhiger Lage vor und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir den Garten mit dem eigenen Pool, es fühlte sich wie ein kleines Paradies an. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wade war ein toller Gastgeber und immer für uns erreichbar. Wir würde immer wieder kommen und können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

He really took care of us!

Jeremy was a great host. He allowed to check in early when we arrived to the city earlier than expected. The townhouse was very modern and clean. Would highly recommend staying at this location. Will be back for sure. Side note. The massage place on the corner is amazing.

Great place next to almost everything. Quiet as well. I was worried i woudl have noise for my babies but everything was fine

First off let me start with I literally booked this place in mind of having to book somewhere to stay fast , Stefanie was so fast at responding to me and allowing me and my boyfriend to stay at this great home .. the hot tub made it even better nice and clean she was fast and so nice to me I really appreciated it !! Book this place if you want to be on the middle of everything great location also !!! Thank you so much again we had such a great time here we will be back here again

Heather’s place was the perfect spot for me and my little one to spend a few nights on a recent family trip. The design of the house is lovely and it is incredibly clean, comfortable, and well appointed with the essentials. The backyard was also a great place to relax. Communication with Heather was great. She was immediately responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend Heather’s place and would stay here again.

Great place to stay in a quiet peaceful neighborhood and the hosts are friendly and responsive. It's very apparent that they care alot about giving guests a great experience and the place was spotless on arrival and felt very homey.

We had a wonderful time staying at Richard’s place! Everything was clean, the area felt safe, and the house itself had plenty of space for our large family to feel comfortable and at home. Any time we had a question for Richard he responded very quickly, usually within 15 minutes or less. Richard was a fabulous host and we greatly appreciated having such nice accommodations for our trip! We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed. We had no issues with anything from check in to check out, so we did not really have to message Barbara about anything. But when we did message her, she was responsive and kind! If we ever visit Arizona again, I’ll be sure to check if this place is available as I’d love to stay here again.

I've stayed in 7-8 Airbnbs in the Gilbert/Chandler area for work, and Robert's place is by far my favorite. It's a 10-minute walk to the restaurants and coffeeshops in downtown Gilbert but located on a quiet street, so you get the best of both worlds. The furnishings are high-quality and tastefully done, the appliances are top-notch (coffee bean grinder, sous vide machine, Cuisinart mixer, high quality cookware, an induction stovetop), the beds are extremely comfortable with high-quality duvets, a thorough and recent renovation appears to have been done, excellent shower heads and water pressure, plus there's even a bidet and heated seat in the master bathroom! My girlfriend wasn't thrilled about there not being a door on the master bathroom off of the master bedroom, but other than that it was just about perfect. Would absolutely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again!

Evelyn’s place was perfect for our week-long stay to visit our son in Phoenix. Place is an easy 10 minute drive to great restaurants in Tempe and a 5 minute drive to all sorts of shopping options. Easy to hop on 101 or 202 and go to any event or activity the area has to offer. Place has comfortable beds upstairs and kitchen is well furnished. I personally spent time in the back patio area reading and observing the hummingbirds dart in and out of the flowering tree. The pool is a quick walk away, very clean, private and quiet. Would stay here again when in the area.

Everything was great from check in to check out! It is very stylish, was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in was super easy, it was great to have a garage to park in, very quiet neighborhood, comfy beds. The shower was Amazing!!! The pool is awesome, a huge Olympic size pool that was never crowded. I will definitely stay again should we travel to Mesa and highly recommend! Very close to many restaurants and next door to an awesome waterpark that our boys enjoyed. Jason was very responsive and accommodated our request for a couple of hours extra on check out day. It’s a great place, stay here!!!

The property is located within 3 mins walking distance of downtown Gilbert. It is charming, clean, spacious and has nice walking trails and resting nearby. It is definitely worth the money for anyone that’s interested in visiting Gilbert, and prefer to have more space for the money than what a hotel can offer. Richard (the property manager) was responsive throughout and kind. Highly recommended!

Billy’s townhouse was awesome! Easy to check in & out. He communicated really well and answered any questions in a timely manner. Beds were comfy and we slept great. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. A big plus was an alkaline water machine. When we are back in Phoenix we will definitely look for Billy’s townhouse again. Thank you for helping make our stay a memorable one.

Spacious and quiet condo with park access for walking, jogging or frisby golf. Great location with a variety of restaurants and shopping close-by. Mattias was quick to respond and was helpful with accommodations. We would stay again.

We can’t say enough about Eddie! The place was super clean and cozy! We were worried about the heat since we’ve been at other places in AZ and it can get hot. Eddie’s place is perfectly positioned so that the sun never hits the unit which made it a very nice and cool place to relax! It was central to everything! Close to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and Glendale all the places we needed to be. Took a break between graduation celebrations and relaxed at the pool which was empty for us with a nice table and shade! Pool was clean and well kept. Eddie had all the things we needed and even had some Keurig pods which was perfect since we forgot to buy coffee. The fridge was clean and pristine ready to be filled! I also forgot cooking oil and Eddie had olive oil in the cupboard so I was able to make breakfast. He responds so fast and was very helpful. This is definitely a pristine place and we recommend it for anyone that wants a nice place. Oh!I almost forgot we loved the second bed! Murphy bed
