Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

The cabin is walking distance to Summerheaven and a short distance to Ski Valley, great for a family of four, and has all the amenities you'll need for a great cabin stay. This cabin is not called “Stairway to Heaven” for nothing. From the north side of the cabin (road), it will take you 62steps to the entrance, and from the south side (private parking) it will take you 32 steps, easier to get to w/4x4 or all-wheel car.
