Condo vacation rentals in Pinal County

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Owl's Nest. James was very communicative and we appreciated the clear instructions for access to the unit and guidelines for use of the amenities. It was very easy to find, centrally located for ease of freeway access, and the pool and common spaces were nice and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the balcony area. Good closet space and very nice kitchen with all we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with our rental. It was just as presented, with plenty of amenities, as well as some extras. We really appreciated the availability of a collapsible wagon to carry our things to either the pool or bring our groceries in. Susan also provided us with games and puzzles to keep us entertained. The unit itself was in good condition with well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and rooms were dark for sleeping. The unit is located at the end of the complex, so we did hear a fair amount of road noise, but not enough to keep us awake. I would definitely rent this unit again and recommend the same to others.

Loved our stay here! Will definitely stay here again. My only complaint, which really isn’t a complaint, but personal preference, is that we couldn’t tell the dining table was a high one instead of a standard table from the photos. I’m a bit height challenged, and I have back and hip issues, so that table wasn’t usable for me. Thankfully, the desk and chair was, so it ended up being okay. The location was quiet and easy to find! The condo was very clean, stocked with kitchen basics, and generously stocked with things like garbage bags and toilet paper! Thanks for a nice stay. We enjoyed it!

This is the second time staying at Keith’s and it was as good as we remember. The place is very nice, well furnished, and has everything you need. All of the furniture and amenities are in very good condition, like new. Lots of AirBnBs are furnished with old and second hand stuff, but not at Keith’s, everything is very nice. The condo complex is well maintained and in a great location close to Scottsdale, Tempe, and downtown. I’m sure we will be staying there again sometime.

We had a wonderful stay at Mellow Manor and would love to stay there again the next time we’re in the area! Having a first floor entrance with no stairs and being able to park right outside the unit was perfect. We stayed in the upstairs bedroom with the king size bed, but all we had to carry up the stairs was our clothes and toiletries. The host sent friendly, and prompt responses to our messages. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning hikes at South Mountain and McDowell Sonoran Preserve.

My friend and I booked Royal’s place for a 4 day/3 night girls trip. Royal was very responsive and even checked in halfway through the stay to make sure everything was going well. Having the porch overlook the pool was an extra perk as we could easily tell if it was crowed, which most of our stay it wasn’t, which was great! The location was great as we had easy access to get many different places. Overall we had an amazing stay and would book again if we were needed to be in the same area!

This was our first Airbandb experience and Nicole did not disappoint. Nicole was a fabulous host, she left great instructions on how to get to the Condo and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The Condo was very clean and tidy. Had all things we needed as far as appliances go, lots of sleeping room with very comfortable beds along with balcony furniture to enjoy the beautiful view. The view was magnificent words and pictures do not even come close to describing how beautiful it was in person. You get to be out of the busy city life but with all your needs 5 minutes away with stores, restaurants and attractions. The pool and hot tub was very clean with plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. I give Nicole’s place a 20 out of 10 stars. I will definitely be looking Nicole up on our next vacation to Arizona. Thank you Nicole.

Jane's place was perfect for our visit. It was in convenient to all the restaurants in the area along with having access to a terrific pool/hot tub. The welcome snack basket was a very nice touch. We will always make Jane's place our first choice when visiting Mesa from now on. Chris and Nancy

The location of this property is fantastic! There are beautiful hiking trails close by along with a golf course and the zoo! This property is also only minutes from the airport.

Wonderful amount of amenities. Provided shower and laundry products. Great responsiveness to questions. Comfortable all around. Well furnished. The fridge is really cold. Would happily rent from again.

An absolute gem. Everything I wanted and so much more. Very stylish and comfortable, the work station was fantastic. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Don't even get me started on the attic/cinema! There were a few minor issues that Craig was always super responsive to. I'd happily live here permanently!

Wonderful home she stayed in communication with me and was always helpful. This Airbnb felt like home and because of the full kitchen I saved a ton of money on food.

Kevin’s Airbnb was the perfect choice for our family of four during our Christmas break! The condo was spotless, with modern furniture and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location is fantastic—peaceful and quiet, with opportunities for relaxing walks in the community. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the well-equipped gym, which was much needed after indulging in all the great nearby food options. Kevin was an amazing host—super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. If you’re visiting Phoenix, this place is a gem. We’re already booking our return stay!

My stay here was amazing! It’s in a very walkable area and local to a lot of great places to eat. It felt very safe and secure. The condo was incredibly clean, and the airplane noise mentioned in the description was not even an issue. It was very quiet and peaceful and I slept great! Bed was very comfortable.

Great location. Quiet, safe and close to a lot of amenities including the Arizona athletic grounds. Clean and well stocked with all of the necessities to enjoy your weekend away! Simple check in, out and host responds quickly!

This is our third time in one of Krystal’s unit, all of them fantastic but I think this might be my favorite. Great kitchen, nice neighbors, great balcony, great view! The building is just at the edge of the core-downtown area so there’s lots to do. Krystal is awesome, she has always bent over backwards to make sure we are comfortable. There are fans in every room, and a portable AC for the couple of months the buildings main ac is shut down. There are extra blankets, games, oh, and a comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. We will be back!

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay here at Mona's place. We thought the place was centrally located nicely for the plans were had. We enjoyed the local restaurants. It was surprisingly quiet for a condo environment, we couldn't hear any next door neighbors. We liked the pool area, also. And bed was very comfortable. Parking in an enclosed garage was a nice bonus. Would stay here again.

Linda was super responsive and helpful which is what you’re looking for first and foremost when traveling and staying somewhere. But honestly did not need to contact her very much because of how streamlined the process was

Ann's condo in Tempe was perfect for our stay. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds allowed us to stretch out and feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked, the baths were ready and nice, the furniture was cozy. The pool and hot tub are just steps away. We had a problem occur with the building, which was not the owner's fault. Ann jumped in and helped solve the issue with swift action, and was very responsive and caring about our needs. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are looking to participate in activities at ASU. Thanks!
