For a group of four this place was perfect. Both the apartment and the area were clean and felt safe. Paula was a fantastic host who responded promptly with the few questions we did have. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely 2nd floor space. Roomy, airy and comfortable. The fresh squeezed orange juice in the ‘fridge was a special touch as was the water and snacks left for our use. While we didn’t need the laundry room, it was nice that it had one. We visit this area often to see family and will return to Kim’s apartment.

I appreciated the quiet neighborhood. I actually prefer King size beds but the mattress was comfortable which is most important since I have back issues. The apartment was a little cluttered by too much furniture for my taste which makes the unit appear much smaller but that is just my individual opinion. Everything was clean and the book of instructions was very well done compared to other Airbnb units. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking at the unit! The unit supplies almost everything anyone would need!

Excellent stay! This Airbnb is beautiful. It was super clean, adorably styled, comfortable, and quiet. We went to Chase Field for a baseball game and it only took us a few minutes and a $6 Lyft to get there. I loved the off-street parking as well. It felt very safe and comfortable overall. Will be staying again!

This is such a comfy cozy place to stay! The place was fully stocked with everything i forgot to pack which was a nice surprise. The decor is so cute and the bed was so comfy! Definitely will be back

This studio was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was about a 6 or 7 minute drive from the convention center and restaurants. The train is also pretty close.

I had an amazing stay. The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to work, quiet and a walkable neighborhood. Monica was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure I felt at home. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and every little detail showed thoughtfulness and care.

This is a great place to stay. The washer/dryer, parking, location, apartment comfort, and host responsiveness were highlights for us. The location was far enough away to avoid the worst of the convention center event traffic, yet still walkable. The description matched the apartment. Anyone staying here should read the description and understand the value. The apartment is perfect for walking to bars, restaurants, and downtown events. Expect the associated noise and get some earplugs if you are light sleeper staying here during the weekend.

This as our first experience staying in an airbnb place, and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We needed a place to stay near the Gold Canyon Resort where my son was getting married. There were not a lot of places to stay out around that area, so we feel really blessed to find this unit in Queen Valley - especially at such a reasonable price. The unit was far more spacious than any hotel room, allowing us plenty of room to spread out with our two dogs before the wedding. Queen Valley is a lovely secluded town with an interesting history and friendly folks. George was a wonderful host, responding to all of my questions both before and during our stay. He recommended the Mexican restaurant down the street where the food and margaritas were GREAT, and we had fun listening to Friday night karaoke. My partner even serenaded me with a Billy Joel tune - an amazing memory to cherish on the eve of my son's wedding! Thanks, George!

Great amenities, friendly staff.

Good location in Tempe, a couple miles from the university. Really nicely furnished apartment with high ceilings and nice amenities. The only problem is the other residents - trash left everywhere, the common areas smell like dog pee, weed smoke every day in the parking lot. I feel bad complaining about this because everything that is in the control of the Airbnb host is excellent, but the other components do have an impact on your stay.

My son and I were here for his baseball tournament and to see some Spring Training games. This place was perfect for us. We had everything we needed to cook meals and do laundry as needed. The condo was clean and updated and the location was quiet and safe as well as fairly central to our activities. Lisa was very nice and quick to respond to any inquiry as well as flexible with some of our last minute needs. Great deal for the price, I would definitely stay here again if we come back for more baseball next year!

Location is amazing, cameras inside the unit were not expected and caught us off guard. We unplugged them, everything else was great and as expected.

Rudy’s place was perfect. My friend and I were out in Tempe for the weekend and chose this home because it was affordable and luxurious. The home was beautiful and spotlesss just like the photos. The host provided beach towels, body wash, and coffee!! The host gave us so much information upon arrival that made check in easy and smooth. We rented a car but there was no need because there were so many places within walking distance. It was the perfect area to stay. Nice and peaceful. Will be staying again in the future! An awesome experience!! The balcony view was gorgeous, the interior was cozy, and the atmosphere was excellent! 10/10 would stay here again :)

Bob quickly addressed a cleaning/check-in issue that came up. Could not have hoped for better responsiveness! The pool and hot tub closest to our unit didn't seem to be heating properly, but the other pool and hot tub near the main office were great!

Location is in a small, well-kept condo development with a pool/hot tub and located next to a major street with grocery, restaurants, other amenities less than mile in either direction. The condo was well kept, spotless, and immaculately decorated in a very modern motif. The pictures posted online match what you'll encounter once you enter. We were especially surprised at how fully stocked the kitchen was that made meal preparation a breeze. It is apparent that Sacha and his team want the place to truly feel like home.
