Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. Nicely furnished with everything you need for a relaxing get-a-way: luxury linens, coffee maker and coffee pods, microwave, fridge, ice maker and amenities. Enjoy the large outdoor patio and BBQ. We allow small dogs for an extra fee of $25/night which must be paid in advance plus a $50 deposit which you will get back if you clean up after your animals. Private casita. We take pride in the cleanliness of this room and bath. We use a 5 step cleaning process including sanitizing all hard surfaces after each guest.
