The spacious apartment is in the center of Westendorf, so that all restaurants, shops, swimming pool, golf course and mountain railway/lifts (in winter: ski in - ski out) are easily accessible. The golf course, which opened in 2013, is a 20-minute walk from the apartment. 10 other golf courses are available in the region. The tennis court is 2 minutes from the apartment. Westdorf is an ideal place for hikers, mountain bikers and paragliders. From April to November, you can check in any day.

Unique location between Loferbach and Berg in a secluded location and yet only 3-5 minutes from the town center and ski lifts. Use of the Lofer outdoor pool in summer is included in the price! 120 m from the house is the Lofer waterfall, relaxed sleeping with the sound of the stream in the background... The apartment has a south-facing balcony overlooking the mountains and a terrace on the mountain side that invites you to barbecue and chill.

We are a neighboring town of Kaprun (TauernSpa, Kitzsteinhorn). Zell am See (Schmittenhöhe) is 12 km (10 minutes by car). We are located in the middle of the "Hohe Tauern" National Park. Quiet location on the outskirts - hiking trails and mountain bike trails start there. From May to October, the "National Park Summer Card" is included in the price - many sights, swimming pools, indoor pools, museums, etc. can be used free of charge. The place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Unsere Sauna ist für alle Gäste von Oktober bis März geöffnet. Unsere Lage ist einfach mega! Zu Fuß zum See, zu vielen Restaurants, zum Bäcker, Friseur und zum Tante Emma Laden. Viele Wanderwege beginnen direkt vor unserer Tür! Der Ski Bus fährt 200m von uns entfernt zu allen 🚠. Wir freuen uns auf Dich! Deine Dopplers!

Luxurious mountain view apartment

This stylish property is perfect for family vacations, group excursions and mountain enthusiasts. Whether in winter on the ski slopes, on the toboggan run, or for cross-country skiing, as well as in summer for biking, hiking or walking through beautiful forest paths. On request to use a child carrier in the mountains. Linens and towels (1 large and 1 medium towel per person) are provided. Some capsules are available for the Nespresso coffee machine.

A traditionally paneled living room with a glazed bay window. The sheltered south terrace is particularly beautiful.

Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of April 2025.
