Apartment vacation rentals in Picton

I highly recommend this property as it had amazing views of Malborough Sound. Sitting on the balcony was very peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of heating which made the apartment cosy. There is a hot tub on the balcony to sit in and enjoy the views. Sky TV had lots of channels which was appreciated. Would stay again.

Kirsty's place is definitely 'the pick of Picton'. The view over the sounds from the balcony was unbelievable. We so enjoyed watching the Interislander come and go in the Port opposite the apartment. The building is very secure, safe ad quiet. The apartment was huge and easily accommodates six people comfortably. The kitchen was very well-equipped if you want to cook but there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance to eat out. We did a lovely Beachcomber cruise through the Sounds and we only had to walk literally three minutes down the road to catch the boat. If you are considering this property, don't think twice. It is truly superb.

Great apartment with an amazing view over Picton! Even though the driveway to the apartment is really steep (nice workout if you’re walking up) it’s just a stone throw from town and the ferry terminals. The apartment has everything you need and I enjoyed my stay here!

It’s literally the BEST Airbnb experience I ever had. Wayne and his wife showed the greatest hospitality as a host. I truly recommend EVERYBODY to stay at Wayne’s property if coming to Picton. Thank u Wayne

Fantastic spacious property, well maintained and equipped. Great views, safe parking, quiet. Short distance from Picton, excellent for Waikawa Marina, great views of the sound. Wonderful place to stay.

Great location and perfect for the night before taking the ferry to Wellington!

Lovely one night stay. Close to ferry. All that we needed. Easy check in and out. All amenities and some lovely thoughtful personal touches included as extras.

Very nice place with a fully equipped kitchen in a quiet location not far from Havelock. We would stay there again if in the area.

Great stay, hosts were very accommodating with late check-in, left lights on etc. Only feedback would be to pop the heater on next time but not a biggie! Thank you very much for having us

We had a wonderful one night stay with Ligita and Bob how were very helpful and friendly hosts. Very comfortable apartment with everything you would need for a short stay, very close to main road and easy to find. There is an excellent mussel restaurant 10 minutes walk.

The place is big, quiet and comfortable, with really nice backyard. Ryan and his wife Caroline are both very good people that makes you feel at home! I fully recommend to stay here, I would come back!

This is such a lovely apartment, nice & clean. Good convenience location with a lot of nice restaurants. Robin is a super nice host, very helpful & flexible for special request. The environment is quiet & very beautiful sunset. Will have no doubts staying at the same place when I visit Picton again. I am very lucky choosing this great place for my long weekend vacation. We fully enjoyed our stay! The house is lovely, and you see the beautiful greenery outside through the windows and skylights. Everything you need in the kitchen, and a lovely place to enjoy your meals, inside or outside on the deck. Easy walk to marina and restaurants. Jo was very communicative, and Tony, who was home, is a very helpful, friendly host.

After the initial shock of driving up the very steep drive everything went smoothly. Friendly communicative hosts with clear instructions on how to get into the unit. The unit had everything we needed. To top it off the stunning expansive views on all sides and beautiful lap and spa pool plus the priceless silence made this one of our best air b n b stays yet Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were excellent and very welcoming, making us feel right at home with our wee doggie also. The apartment was spotless, tidy, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was definitely a highlight—even with a bit of rain, it was the perfect way to relax and soak in the surroundings. And the view over Picton! Absolutely stunning, both morning and evening. Highly recommend!
