A lovely, cosy home. spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you might need. Only a short drive to Diamond Head for convenient shops and takeaways, as well as a picturesque ferry ride across the harbour to Lyttleton. A lovely spot!

Helen popped over to welcome us when we arrived. Wanted to check that we had everything we needed. Lovely property with everything you could want. Great coffee machine. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again on future visits to Christchurch.

We can only describe this stay as immaculate. The house was perfect and has everything you need. We only wish we had a few more days to stay and enjoy. ☺️

Great experience of using the cottage again,my third visit.Walkable to the city in about 15 minutes,but also has the benefit of a garage to the rear.Comfy and cosy with underfloor heating.Fully fitted kitchen and a laundry in the garage.Friendly host with good communication.

A great place to stay when working in Christchurch. Walking distance to town, and easy to get around. Rose was a great host, and the house had everthing that you need. Lovely little place in the ehart of Christchurch.

The place was absolutely marvelous and was a great location. we loved being close to the beach to walk the dog each morning. we highly recommend and will definitely book again

Beautiful flat! Lots of things to do around the area. I highly recommend watching the sunrise at Sumner beach and walking the surrounding hills.

This place is a gem! It had everything I needed for my 5 night stay. And so many things are within easy walking distance (cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, parks, museums). If I ever return to Christchurch, I’d love to book it again.

Absolutely beautiful place with the most spectacular views. We really enjoyed being able to relax in the nice warm spa overlooking the scenery with a glass of shampaz.

This apartment is charming, clean, quiet, and conveniently located. There are numerous excellent restaurants nearby, and the city center is just a 10-minute walk away. It provides a homely atmosphere that we truly appreciate. We adore this place and will certainly return. Highly recommended.

Beth and Gary were very accommodating and to be supplied start goods for breakfast was unbelievable. We appreciated it. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends

Loved Lisa’s place! One of the best, if not the best. Really felt like home away from home. Perfect location, close to CBD. Very clean-one of very few homes we’ve stayed that had really clean bedding, towels and just spotless really! Kitchen was well equipped, loved the coffee machine. Would definitely stay again!

This is a wonderful place in Cashmere. It is close to Cashmere hill outlook with beautiful views. You can also enjoy the view from a large window in room. The place is fully equipped with all you need for short and long stay. I stayed there for 4 weeks and I enjoyed every moment of it. Many thanks to Sue for offering this place. It was my first time in Christchurch and if I go there again, I will definitely stay at this place again!

My favourite for frequent work trips - warm, quiet and lovely

Very nice place. Perfect location. And parking! The bed, mattress and sheets are pure joy. And the bathroom is amazing. Completely recommended.

Lucy and Callum are so nice and we really have a nice trip here. The house is well-designed and Callum give us much useful advice on our trip. There are also many nice restaurants nearby recommended by Lucy. Hope to see you again:-).

Was a lovely get away. Has a brazier for cold clear nights, the spa was close by but I personally felt a little awkward to use it with how close to the main lounge/deck it was. Bed was very comfortable which I appreciate.

The interior of the house is very tasteful and well designed!! We love it! And kitchenware as well as other figments are well equipped so it was very convenient for us and make we felt like just staying at own home. Transportation is also quite convenient, we can walk to the center street

Beautiful setting, absolutely loved looking down at the ducks along the river. The auotmatic blinds and heated bathroom floor were lovely touches. It felt very homey while still being luxe. Would love to stay here again!

We were transiting through to the airport, and Sarah's peaceful accommodation made it easy for us to make our early flight stress free

My husband and me had a great stay at Josie's place. The location is great, easy walk into the city, nice and quiet, with shops and cafes nearby. The apartment is beautifully presented, with an extremely comfortable bed and all you need for a home away from home. Josie is extremely responsive and helpful and made our check in and check out process easy and smooth We would definitely stay again.
