This 1920s character house has been modernised in 2019 conserving features of a classic home such as unique windows and good spaced rooms. Located at the edge of the "four avenues" where most of Christchurch city's entertaining and shopping is situated, you will be close to everything, in a walk distance. Or within 15 minutes drive you can reach surfing beaches or the Port Hills.
