Tastefully decorated apartment with wifi and Nespresso coffee machine ( with capsules) , microwave , tea and coffee, and a BBQ. The BBQ is located in a covered area at the entrance to the apartment. It has 2 cooking grids and 1 hotplate on which a pot or frying pan can be used. All pots and cooking utensils are provided. All sliding doors open up onto a large deck, perfect for soaking in the picturesque view. Our mooring may be available

A delightful garden studio queen bed plus a small lounge, set on the sunny side of Waikawa at the top of the South Island of New Zealand. Waikawa is a microclimate very sheltered and peaceful, private outdoor living on the guest patio, BBQ, Sheep in the adjacent paddock, 5 minutes to the safe swimming beach, 4 minutes to the local marina, Jolly Roger Café bar. 8 minutes drive to Picton's shops, restaurants and ferry terminal. There are many bush walks. Karaka Point Maori Pa Site is four km .

The Cowshed

Herd of Cows?! Quiet, comfortable and fun accommodation just 15 minutes walk through the picturesque Picton Marina to cafes, bars, shops, theatres, cruises and walking tracks. Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)

Close to the start/finish of the Queen Charlotte Track and midway along the Link Pathway for walking and cycling. Nearby to kayaking and cycle hire and guide facilities and swimming beaches. The main house has two bedrooms and a large sleep out room.
