Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! Wir vermieten in unserer DHH , Split Level Bauweise, eine kleine Garteneinliegerwohnung. Das Haus steht auf einem Hanggrundstück. eine Treppe zwischen Haus und Garage führt in den Garten bzw zur Eingangstür der Ferienwohnung. Die Terrasse gehört zur Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr etc ausgestattet, eine Grundausstattung von Gewürzen, Öl, Kaffee und Tee ist vorhanden. Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaushalt, rauchen auf der Terrasse ist kein Problem, danke!

A break in the mountains

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!
