You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. We share the bathroom with tub and shower. For family & friends there is a second room. PLEASE SAY HI TO THE NEIGHBORS!

Beautiful bathroom with bathtub/shower/sink, large mirror and toilet. In the morning, the landlady offers a small breakfast by arrangement: e.g. coffee/tea/orange juice and croissants with butter and jam... The room has a large balcony. where you can enjoy the sun. The S-Bahn runs every 10 or 20 minutes, depending on the time of day.

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guesthouse, which is run by Heidi and Elisabeth in the second and third generation. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the small village setting, the view of the mountains from your window, the lovely hosts. We are a little bit off the beaten track so if that appeals to you we are the perfect place to stay for you.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Our family had a fantastic stay at Lukas’ guesthouse. Communication was great. Lukas greeted us when we got there and gave us a ton of information about the area in English even. This is a great location for exploring the area with beautiful views and a grocery store super close. The guesthouse was perfect size for our family of four and our dog. We loved having the fresh bread outside our door every morning and a stocked fridge with meats, cheeses, yogurt and fruit for breakfast every morning. Thanks, Lukas and Sarah, we will be back soon!

For those who love small towns that are not too busy, Lechbruck am see is an ideal solution. Good restaurants, little traffic, beautiful surroundings with both Fussen and Garmisch at your fingertips and Neuschwanstein castle, the Wieskirche and the first part of the Romantische Strasse at your fingertips. Gabi lives in a beautiful villa among the houses in the upper part of the village, with large rooms on the second floor. Ours had a big balcony overlooking the village and the river/lake area. On the same floor, a large living room common to three other rooms and a kitchen where Gabi finds a good breakfast set at the agreed time. The kitchen complete with appliances pots and crockery is available for guests' disposal. We had an indoor space for our motorcycle and there were parking spaces available in the courtyard of the house right in front of the entrance door. Gabi is courteous, helpful and private. A great stay for us.

Everything is great and as described in the ad. Very nice contact and everything is straightforward. The fair was easy and quick to reach with your own car. I'll be back when I'm in the area.

We had a great time staying at the Bayern resort. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and has incredible mountain views. It’s also very well connected to all the major attractions in the area. Loads of fabulous hikes around. Barbara is lovely and was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic.

I really enjoyed it. The place offers many refreshment opportunities and the connection via the main road to the ski resorts in the Zillertal is very good. The room was absolutely sufficient for one person. Somewhat light-hearted as the room doors are simple. After a strenuous day of skiing, you can stay at the inn for dinner. A sufficiently large ski storage room is also available. All in all, I felt comfortable.

The house is beautiful, it is very quiet and you can easily access several very beautiful villages. Sandra helped us a lot with recommendations and was always attentive to make sure we had what we needed.

Ralf is a very friendly, helpful and affable host. The location is very central in a wonderful small village with good options to eat and drink within 100 metres and 5-10 minutes walk to Grafing Stadt. A pleasant experience that I hope to repeat again.

Melanie was really kind, already communicated with us before the stay, prepared the documents, we knew what and how. That was great. Breakfast was also great, when we had something different every morning (and according to our wishes in advance!) and we always met Melanie. It was very nice, we also liked the room, it must be even more beautiful in the summer. The place where the guesthouse is is beautiful!
