It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

It is 43 sqm, living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. Our 120 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace. The place is perfect for families, couples and friends.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
