Between Forggensee and the city center lies this 70 square meter oasis of peace directly on the Lech, at the edge of the forest and bike path - away from traffic. Enjoy the sun on the terrace in the countryside and in winter - when everything is enchanted in white, the fireplace invites you to linger. We are happy to welcome you to our newly equipped 70 sqm apartment.

Atelier

A studio that is a kind of extension to the house. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place on a gallery. With a wing and garden square, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The S-Bahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good place to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

Perfect for the most beautiful time of the year

Dear guests, Our apartment is sunny, quiet and about 5 minutes' walk from the train station in a 30 km/h zone. It has a private parking space, a terrace with garden and magnificent mountain views. It can be rented in the low season for at least 3 nights and in the main season (Easter; from Pentecost to September 15th 15 and Christmas until January January) for at least 6 nights. Tourist tax must be paid in cash on site upon arrival. I am very excited to welcome you here :))

Retreat in the Eastern Allgäu

We have newly built a vacation home in Rettenbach am Auerberg. An apartment with a separate entrance and a double bed (sleeping berth) in the gallery; a "hideaway" for two people a good hour's drive from Munich. Flooded with light, guests have a view of the Bavarian white-blue sky during the day and at night you can watch the stars from the bed – they seem a little brighter here in the eastern Allgäu than in Munich because of the lower scattered light.

Double room also for 1 night

Our six cozy double rooms are perfect for cyclists or hikers who would like to stay with us for just one night. Rooms are equipped with double bed, TV and cozy sitting area. Towels, bed linen, bathrobe are included. You use the 8 single bathrooms in the basement. In addition, there is a lounge, laundry room, cycling and ski room and a great economy with breakfast and Mediterranean cuisine in our house. And all at the foot of the brown corner.

Ferienparadies Starnberger See

Next to our house on the edge of the forest is this very quiet, separate granny apartment with 2 rooms, modern kitchen and bathroom, with approx. 55 square meters. The unique, idyllic garden, which our guests can enjoy from their own terrace, is spacious and south-facing. Lake Starnberg is just a few minutes away by bike. Hiking, swimming, walking, cycling – Berg is the ideal place for varied vacations in the foothills of the Alps.

Welcome to our charming loft! With large window fronts and a unique old brick wall that creates a warm atmosphere, you will instantly feel at home here. The new furnishings and the quiet location ensure relaxation. Relax on the secluded terrace. Only a 5-minute walk to the train station, parking right in front of the house and a fully equipped kitchen – perfect for your stay! Your retreat in the heart of the Five Lakes region.

Fantastic living in the garden studio

The studio is a detached building in the front part of a charming, quiet garden property surrounded by flower meadows and orchards. Due to the south-facing location and the special room height, the rooms are very bright and spacious. The studio has a large terrace which is accessible at ground level from the living area. You also have direct access to the charming garden. Please inquire about pets separately!

Separate apartment in the south of Munich

The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground-level annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich city or the alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.

The "Waldhäusl"

Our "Waldhäusl" is a new building on a double garage and thus an independent cottage with its own entrance. In June 2024, it was largely newly furnished again. The bus stop to Andechs and Starnberg is only 100 m away. By car, it is 15 minutes to See train station and Starnberg lake promenade. By S-Bahn train, you are in 35 minutes at the central station in Munich.
