Arbeitstisch, Kaffeemaschine Delizio, grosses Doppelbett (180x200 cm) und eigener Sitzplatz im idyllischen Garten sorgen für Freiraum und Erholung. Sehr zentral gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten und Ausflüge.

Unsere gemütliche und private Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch am Dorfrand und bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Bushaltestelle mit Verbindungen zu den Skipisten von Flims/Laax in die eine und nach Chur in die andere Richtung, ist nur 2 bis 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit viel Holz, grossen Fenstern und natürlichen Materialien, die eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

A gas grill is available for our guests for exclusive use. Free parking by the house. We care about the well-being of our guests. Vättis has a grocery store, an excellent hotel, a gas station and many very nice people. It is a hiking and biking paradise and offers plenty of peace.
