My home in the mountains

In the beautiful village of Pescocostanzo near the historic center, a characteristic two-story building. The house is located on the third floor and is divided into two levels: the third floor and the attic. Second floor: large living and dining room with fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and corner balcony. Attic floor: double sofa bed, two single beds and second bathroom. Private covered parking space, sky room, bicycle storage and large hobby room with fireplace and equipped tables.

This house is located in a characteristic alley of the medieval village of Civitella Alfedena, in the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park; reachable only on foot, away from the noise of cars, it allows you to experience village life in the human dimension typical of mountain villages. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
