We stayed in Francesco's apartment from Thursday to Sunday and we had a great time! The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need, like staying at home! Monticchio is ten minutes from L'Aquila and half anhour from Fonte Cerreto, from which the cable car to Gran Sasso starts. The Gran Sasso is beautiful and, if you like nature, trekking, cycling or horseback riding, the location of the house is optimal to reach the natural attractions of the area. We had a great stay at Lamberto’s! Amazing place, everything was there and even more. Amazing views from the terrace. Real close to hikes and L’aquila and Gran Sasso (Corte Grande and Monte L’aquila). In real life the place is even nicer. Lamberto is quick with communciation ans recommendations!

We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

An amazing location and hosts ---Outrageous Gardens and landscaping - to the inside; each room and respite were planned and decorated in a warm and family atmosphere. We were very surprised to have the owners greet us at the door - as we walked in the door - it was like you came home to the family from a long trip the table was full of cold cuts, cheese, wine, olives and they gave us breakfast eggs and toast for the next day. Super comfortable and well supplied with the things you need. They didn't miss a beat. On the last night they surprise us after dinner with dessert. Only an Hour and 15 min from the airport if you everything was 5 stars.

A wonderful and magical place for those who love peace and nature. The house is comfortable and spacious, decorated with love and creativity. Gaetano himself is very friendly and helpful, he welcomed us very nicely. The house has everything you need. We had a wonderful time there and will definitely return. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and as described. Everything was very clean and the towels smelled really good and fresh, as did the bedding. Francesca is super friendly and always available and was also immediately helpful when there was something. We always traveled by car, you could also walk but since it goes very steeply uphill, we didn't do that in the heat. You can definitely see the sea from up there when you stand on the street, which is very nice. We felt comfortable in everything. In this sense, once again many best regards, Francesca

Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend it if you want to have a relaxing and quiet experience surrounded by greenery and in a great location just minutes from the ski lifts.

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. Beautiful and very clean chalet in the very quiet village of Roccacinquemiglia. An oasis for the mind and soul. Waking up to the chirping of birds and immersed in nature is priceless. Convenient location to get anywhere in a few minutes by car. Alessandro is very available and ready to meet every request. Highly recommended!

we stayed at Simonetta's house the week of Ferragosto. The accommodation is spacious, tastefully furnished and very well supplied with everything. The garden is lovely and very pleasant for dining. The beach, various restaurants and the supermarket are within walking distance Special thanks to Simonetta for her thoughtful and attentive welcome, like a family member!

Immaculate accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The views are incredible. The hosts were very thoughtful and the house was large and had almost everything one would want. The hosts live in a house across the courtyard. The pool is clean and good for swimming with comfortable loungers all overlooking that view. Last but definitely not least there is a friendly, silly labrador called Gino to make you feel at home. Thank you Luigia, Armando and Gino.

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We were very comfortable. Everything was well appointed. the veranda and the view of the snow covered mountains and the sea were stunning. The beautiful hardwood floors added a luxurious feel to the house. It is definitely a villa with a beautiful garden. We would have liked a couple of lamps to brighten the interior a bit. The hosts were very kind and welcoming . All in all an extremely pleasant stay.

Very nice and quiet house with a very nice view. The apartment is very clean, with plenty of space and equipped with all services (dish-washer, washing machine, air conditioning, induction stove...). Beautiful garden with tall pine trees. Car is mandatory to move around in the area.

Nine friends who had not seen each other for years who were able to enjoy the little time together in a beautiful, comfortable space, equipped with all the comforts. The house is clean and tidy (to the point of having closets with shelves labeled with various accessories), we felt at home from the first moment. Francesca, the host, is kind and helpful. During our stay it snowed a lot and Francesca took care to know how we were and did everything to allow us to be calm and enjoy the magical place where we were. A beautiful experience.

Wow! This farmhouse was spectacular! Charming in every way with wonderful furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, great coffee, and so many lovely places around the property to sit, relax, take in the views, enjoy a meal. The location between the mountains and the sea was perfect for swimming and hiking. Best of all was the attentive host Paulo who made many excellent local recommendations, including helping to guide us through a medical emergency. Highly recommend!

We were greeted on December 24 by a beautiful snowfall . The farmhouse in its splendor pampered us for an abnormal but one of the most beautiful in life. A sweet fireplace to listen to. And a snow to experience. Beautiful place and both Enrico xhe Biagio were always available . Definitely worth going back to in the spring !
