Vacation rentals with a patio in Pescia

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Formentale. The house was exactly as described, clean, cozy and cared for down to the smallest detail. Francesca proved to be an exceptional host: helpful, friendly and attentive, respecting our privacy. The location of the apartment was ideal for exploring the area, and we also really appreciated his suggestions on activities and places to visit with the kids. I highly recommend his accommodation to anyone who wants to have an authentic and enjoyable experience. We hope to be back soon!

Great location, right by the Duomo which is one of the most amazing features of the city. The apartment is on 2 levels with stairs, so may not be suitable for older visitors or kids but we had no trouble. The new AC worked well and the bed was really comfy, we slept so well. We enjoyed the outside terrace as the dome was so close. We had a great stay 👍🏻

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Maurizio's accommodation is highly recommendable. We were four adults and a small child and stayed for almost two weeks. The accommodation was spacious enough for us, and the old farmhouse has a lot of charm. The park-like garden is truly beautiful. All in all it is a great place to relax or play table tennis or volleyball. There's also a sandbox, a swing, and other toys for children. We really enjoyed the pool. If you're looking for peace, tranquility, and nature, this is the place for you. The host and his wife are very friendly, and we also found the gardener extremely kind.

The house was really clean and had everything you wanted. Chiara was a good host and recommended a local restaurant. The location of the house is not very close to the city center, but not too far away. Locals usually live in the location where the house is located.

Vittoria was a wonderful host! Always responsive and very kind. Her apartment is pristine and the views from the private balcony were fantastic overlooking Florence and Tuscany. We will definitely be back!

Mariarita's place is truly a gem! The furnishings are lovingly, high-quality and tasteful in every detail. Besides, everything was exceptionally clean. We particularly liked the outdoor seating and the beautiful garden (which, incidentally, is also remarkably well maintained). We had our e-bikes with us and arrived in Lucca in 40 minutes stress-free. Mariarita and her husband are wonderful, loving and friendly hosts and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Thank you for this wonderful stay and we would come back here immediately!

Our family needed a house to be near family as well as the city of Lucca, but we wanted the peace & quiet of the hills. This house was perfect for us, even with all the stairs! In fact the stairs were great conditioning for all the walking we did. There were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which is great for a family of 4 (Mom, Dad, and 2 kids over the age of 8). Everything was as pictured: towels and linens were clean, kitchen spotless, and yard was beautiful. We did not have time to use the hot tub, although it looked very inviting. We did enjoy the amazing views from all the bedrooms as well as time spent sitting outside on the terrace. Igor was a great host and the Welcome gift was enjoyed. Although we were somewhat familiar with Lucca, Igor was able to provide us with more local information that was extremely helpful (grocery stores, parking, restaurants, and sites to visit). He greeted us when we arrived and was there to say Goodbye. Definitely recommend this place!

Italian hospitality at it's best. Nothing was too much and the most important thing to them was that we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, which we did. From there we were easily able to visit Lucca, Barga, Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, Panzano and the beach. The location and the view from the porch instantly relaxes you. On the last evening we sat on the porch, switched the lights off and watched the fire flies while drinking wine with our meats and cheeses collected from our trips. Do it, just book it.

We were an extended family of eight. The accommodation can only be described as perfect for us. The views were amazing and it was just so peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and the short trips to many restaurants and surrounding villages. That said, we spent most mornings and evenings soaking up the views across the valley to Volterra and beautiful villages dotted on the hillside. Andrea takes huge pride in being accessible and instantaneously responsive. A pleasure to deal with. A small bar / cafe across the road took care of morning coffee’s and any gelato pangs. Thank you Andrea, you made our stay so very memorable. Our only disappointment was leaving!!

Great experience, splendid house and still a very hom

First of all, a big compliment to Sandro. Communication was perfect. Even though we didn't meet in person, we were able to communicate well. The house is fantastic. Much better than the pictures could ever say. This attention to detail is unique. We spent 5 weeks throughout Italy incl. Traveling in Sicily. But this place was one of the most beautiful. Also a dream for our dogs. Everything is fenced and all around is real peace. We were all very comfortable. All major cities are easily accessible. Supermarket and restaurants sufficiently close by. We didn't have children with us, but for the little ones, Sandro has plenty of games, a play kitchen, stuffed animals and much more. I highly recommend this house. Should we visit this area again, Sandro would be my first address... Thanks for the nice time.

Valentina's house in Montecarlo is very secluded and very quiet and private. We enjoyed the time. It offers optimal connections to many places in the north of Tuscany and is great to find. The front area around the house is fenced and can be used well with a dog (the gate may be too wide for very small dogs). The back area with the pool is fenced, but dogs get under the fence, as the fence only starts at a height of about 20 cm. There is also an open fenced area from the front to the back. Therefore not ideal for more active dog owners, as you have to keep an eye on the dog. Otherwise it is a wonderful, small, classic Tuscan house and super suitable in the warm spring/summer, as the house also stays nice and cool.

I took this trip with my sister to San Gimignano and it was absolutely incredible! The views from Egizia’s house were just stunning and breathtaking! From the beginning Egizia was very easy to get into contact with about any questions that I had. She gave wonderful recommendations and booked everything for me! We went to a winery that she had suggested and it was great! The Pilates instructor Giulia was also amazing! And with the hills as our scenery it was such a cool and incredible experience! My sister and I had so much fun! This was an unforgettable trip! We’ll definitely have to come back again!

This spartment is amazing. Has a wonderful terrace and beutiful furniture. Checkin process was smooth and walkable to all attractions. Worth our money!

Pauline’s place was gorgeous and very close for shopping not far to walk to the airport and to see pisa everything was located perfectly and the apartment was very easy to find so if you struggle with finding apartments and get lost this is a perfect place for you :)

I was able to enjoy the Tuscany area, and I could feel the romance of nature as a beautiful and quiet place. I jogged on the dirt road in the mountains at 6 am, and I was able to enjoy the fresh morning air while listening to the sound of mountain birds. It was a short 3 nights and 4 days, but I had very good memories. Thank you ~ ~ ~

We had a wonderful stay with Antonella, a beautiful apartment in gorgeous surroundings. our dogs loved the gardens! We tasted some of their delicious olive oil which was a lovely bonus. Antonella and her husband were so friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home.

This AirBnb was so charming and in a perfect location. We enjoyed some downtime in the garden area after a long day of walking. Deanna was extremely helpful and made recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. She was very communicative and helpful.

We cannot speak highly enough of Fabrizio’s accommodations. We made a last-minute booking after deciding to spend a few days in Florence during our journey to Rome. Fabrizio responded promptly and was able to arrange an early check-in for us on short notice. The apartment was spotless, and all amenities exceeded our expectations. Its location was ideal. Should we return to Florence, this would unquestionably be our preferred place to stay each time!
