Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation on a hill surrounded by olive groves and vineyards just 5 minutes from Collodi, 10 minutes by car from the center of Pescia, 8 minutes to the Supermarket, 7 minutes to the train station, 20 minutes by car from the center of Lucca and 40 minutes from Florence or Pisa. The apartment is divided into two levels, lower area with kitchen and open space living room, large closet and bathroom; the upper area includes the two bedrooms and the main bathroom. Parking for up to 2 cars.

In the river you can walk and ride a bike. Hiking and biking trails. 300 m from the bus square and 1.5 km from the train station, from where you can reach the centers of Florence, Pistoia, Montecatini Terme, Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio, without forgetting the suggestive Collodi "city of Pinocchio".

The apartment is part of a large nineteenth-century farmhouse and is surrounded by hundreds of olive trees. It is located on a hill 2 km from the center of Pescia and is accessed by a very steep farm road. All around there is quiet and it is possible to enjoy moments of relaxation on the terrace or in the pool. Outside, a barbecue offers the possibility of pleasant barbecues
