Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Located 200m from the beach, the house offers wellness, rest and reconnecting with nature. In the house one can find everything needed for a relaxed vacation, and in the garden there are unique Biodesign pool, whirlpool, dining area and the grill. And a lot of greenery (we are nature and bee friendly). Property is fully fenced and pet friendly.

Our air-conditioned LEE HOUSE is located in a quite neighborhood of istrian village Peroj with privat parking spots. In our big mediterranean garden you can relaxe, do yoga, meditate ect. Your privat whirlpool welcomes you to enjoy the warm evenings with a cold drink out of your own fridge. On your terrace you can serve food out of the full furnished kitchen with oven, microwave, coffeemaschine, water boiler and dishwasher or use the barbecu.

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u nesvakidašnjem stilu. Gostima na raspolaganje nudi potpuno opremljenu kuhinju s perilicom suđa i pećnicom. Prostrani dnevni boravak sa smart tv-om, moderno opremljenu kupaonicu, te izuzetno udobnu spavaću sobu. Gostima je na raspolaganju privatni grijani jacuzzi za 2 osobe. Prva plaža udaljena je svega 10 minuta hoda. Kućni ljubimci su dopušteni.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Arena Golden Oldie Studio

Over a hundred years old, Golden Oldie house is situated only one block away from the Amphitheatre. Its interior has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021. Centrally located, the house is only 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from bars, pubs and restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, green and fish markets and the harbour.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). Its a small house ( around 30 m2) in the centre of the village, near the supermarket, bus station, newsstand, pizzeria and bakery. The house has a yard, one bedroom with a double bed and Air conditioner, a kitchen and a bathroom. The guests have 2 bicycles available.

Amazing house, nice and peaceful, ideal for chilling-out overlooking the sea and the city at your feet! Large terrace witn an open kitchen gives it a real charm. The garden is well kept and maintained with special care. It is the Old City Centre but within a residential area!
