Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to everything, yet so quiet and far from everyone, there is a house with a total of 4 apartments. On the second top floor of our house is this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea and the island of Brijuni. The apartment is 98m2, has its own entrance and parking on the premises. The plot stretches 6000m and is completely enclosed by a stone wall. In front of the house there is a 55 m2 swimming pool. On the whole plot over forty centuries-old olive trees.

A private whirlpool sits under a wooden pergola in the garden. The inviting water reflects soft light, while lush greenery surrounds the area. A window with wooden shutters provides a view of the interior, complemented by a patio set nearby.
