Vacation rentals with beach access in Peroj

Rosi’s apartment was an absolute dream! We arrived later in the evening and Rosi made sure to check in with us and even left a local Croatian alcohol for us in the fridge to cap off our first night in Rovinj! The apartment was impeccably decorated and we immediately felt at home in the cozy bed and chairs in the living room overlooking the sea. It was the perfect base to explore all the Rovinj had to offer in terms of amazing restaurants, bars, and we took advantage of swimming in the cove and enjoying sunset on the rocks. We had the most relaxing and fun vacation exploring Rovinj’s streets and loved listening to the live musicians in the square at night while eating gelato! We already can’t wait to come back!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wohnung bei Sandi und seiner Familie. Alle waren so herzlich auch zu unserem kleinem Sohn (1 Jahr) Er durfte sogar jeden Tag mit dem Dreiradler von der Tochter fahren und hatte immer eine Freude wenn er die Familie gesehen hat. Es war ein sehr herzlicher und familiärer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke für Alles!

Liebe Nadija, vielen Dank das wir Ihre Gäste sein durften. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Apartment und waren sehr traurig als wir nach einer Woche wieder abreisen mussten. Vielleicht sehen wir uns in naher Zukunft wieder. Herzliche Grüße Verena Sehr gute Lage, ausreichend Platz für 2 Ehepaare, modern eingerichtet, zwei super Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten. Zwei sehr gepflegte Badezimmer mit ausreichend Hand- u. Badetüchern, eine tolle Küche und nicht zu vergessen die Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der gesamten Wohnung. Zwei Parkplätze direkt neben dem Apartment. Ein wunderschöner Außenbereich mit Whirlpool - genau richtig zum relaxen und chillen nach einer langen Sightseeingtour. Auch der Check-In war nach der Beschreibung von Nadija absolut kein Problem. Zur Begrüßung hatte Nadija eisgekühlte Getränke in den Kühlschrank gelegt. Eine sehr sehr nette Aufmerksamkeit die wir sehr geschätzt haben. Wir können Nadija als Gastgeberin nur weiter empfehlen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In terms of pricing, it’s a notch above some other rentals but the experience of staying next to the arena is a once in a lifetime privilege. Such an immense aura of history and culture right before your eyes. Need to make up for a few shortcomings in physical terms but the emotional takeaway is priceless. The apartment is one floor up, very spacious with 3 lovely bathrooms. Car parking is convenient on the road downstairs as well as in a car park right opposite and payment is via an app, details of which are on a board in the car park. Day rates are Euro 6.50 per summer but jumps up considerably from 1st of June. Thank you Chris and Nick for keeping the faith. All the very best.

The apartment was lovely, so clean and everything you could possibly want. It has a little balcony with 2 loungers and a table and 4 chairs. It’s about a 30min walk outside of Pula but the views of the marina were worth being on the outskirts and the beaches are close by. A little supermarket is a 5 min walk. Sanja was very responsive to any questions and recommended lots of places to eat. She speaks really good English. Sanja recommended Bolt taxi which was really great and reasonable, but the driver took us to the back of the apartment. So just make sure it’s the correct road. We couldn’t find the apartment as the number wasn’t shared and there are 4 in the block, however neighbour was really helpful. It was quiet so the restaurants weren’t very busy.

Wonderful apartment in a great location. Great host who was very helpful and responsive when needed. We really enjoyed our time here, and highly recommend this place to stay.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Andrea! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben, sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders die kurze Entfernung zum Strand ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt und hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Andrea war super nett, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! 😊🌞

Great location and lovely apartment

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert, sehr saubere Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet, geräumig. Die Gegend gut geeignet für lange Spaziergänge/Radausflüge, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 10 Minuten entfernt (mitm Auto), aber kleines Konsum in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Das Haus ist unglaublich schön und direkt im Nachbarort von Pula. Es ist super ruhig und das Meer ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und das Haus sehr genossen

Sonja's Apartment ist ein sehr liebevoll restauriertes, kleines Stadthaus mitten im alten Zentrum von Medulin. Die absoluten Highlights waren für mich die offene und zugleich gemütliche Architektur (es ist ein Raum vom Boden bis unter das Dach - hierfür wurden drei Decken entfernt), das stimmige Design der gesamten Unterkunft und der private, kleine Stadtgarten. In diesem gibt es eine Außenküche mit Spüle und Kohle-Grill und unter der Pergola kann man wunderbar sitzen und bei einem Glas Wein den Abend genießen. Sonja ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und hat uns bei jeder Frage schnell weitergeholfen.

Wir hatten drei wunderbare Tage in dieser herrlich ruhigen Unterkunft. Suzana ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin – jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir am Abreisetag noch bis zum Abend bleiben durften, da keine neuen Gäste kamen – das war sehr entspannt! Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und morgens haben wir uns frische Croissants vom Bäcker in der Nähe geholt – einfach perfekt. Vielen lieben Dank, Suzana – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir haben 11 Tage in der Unterkunft von Alica verbracht, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Leider war die erste Woche (ab Mitte April) verregnet und windig, so dass wir nicht soviel unternehmen konnten. Aber die zweite Woche hat uns mit 20 Grad und purer Sonne entschädigt. Bei Regen ist die Wohnung etwas kühl (es gibt aber Heizung) und man merkt die etwas ältere Bausubstanz, was bei gutem Wetter kein Problem ist. Es war alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht, sogar eine Babybadewanne. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind bequem. Der Ausblick in den Garten u.a. auf einen Olivenbaum und die Meerzunge, die in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar ist, waren einfach wunderbar. Es gibt in der Gegend herrliche Strände und Klippen, die mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar sind- man kann hier wunderbar entschleunigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We did really much enjoy our stay at Lena’s place! It’s very spacious with a beautiful balcony and it’s close to the (dog) beach so that you can walk there. Lena and her family are very friendly & attentive people, the communication was easy and they gave us good tips. I would recommend staying there especially if you like a quiet neighbourhood.

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal bei Jasna & Vlado und fühlen uns in Dajla sehr wohl. Meee ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Konoba mit leckerem Essen noch näher. Bäckerei ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Jasna und Vlado kann man jederzeit kontaktieren und sie sind immer freundlich.

Ivana szállásán a kilátás pazar. Az apartman patyolattiszta, hosszabb időre is alkalmas. Mi 3 éjszakát voltunk hárman. A főzéshez, étkezéshez elegendő eszköz áll rendelkezésre. Mikro, vasaló, mosógép, mosogatógép, tűzhely megtalálható a szálláson. Az ágy puha, de kényelmes, nagyon jól aludtam, az ágynemű tiszta, finom illatú volt. A part sétatávolságra van. Mi autóval voltunk, így Pula belvárosa sincs messze. Ha Pulába utazunk biztos visszatérünk!

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Meer war zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar und bietet einen Kiesstrand. Zu dieser Jahreszeit sind viele Restaurants bereits geschlossen, aber dafür auch deutlich weniger Touristen unterwegs. Man kann in wenigen Minuten Paula mit dem Auto erreichen und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Für Schnorchel Aktivitäten eignet sich der dortige Strand nicht unbedingt, hierfür sollte man mit dem Auto Nahegelegene Buchten, wie zum Beispiel „The Columbian Grotto Beach“ oder „Prostina“ besuchen. Diese sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Umgebung um die Unterkunft ist stark auf den Tourismus ausgelegt und bietet daher zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, allerdings kaum einheimische Lokalitäten. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft bestens für 4 Personen empfehlen, die eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz in Kroatien sucht und nicht zu viel Geld ausgeben möchte.

Wir hatten eine wahnsinnig tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen Ort Rovinj und die Wohnung von Andrew ist wirklich geräumig und gemütlich ausgestattet! Die Lage in der Grisia Gasse ist unschlagbar und die Aussicht auf die Altstadt aus allen Fenstern und auch vom süßen kleinen Balkon ist zauberhaft. Die Anreise mit dem Elektroauto und das Parken außerhalb der Altstadt war unkompliziert und gut organisiert. Wir werden Andrews Gastfreundschaft definitiv noch einmal in Anspruch nehmen.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
