Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Perini

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

We spent a week at Antonio's. The place was extremely clean and looked even better than on the photos :) We were warmly welcomed. The location is great, we were at waterfalls etc. inland a lot, but also often on the beach. Everything is easily accessible by car. Restaurants and shopping are also nearby. The accommodation is quiet and you have privacy. We had a relaxing breakfast on the terrace every morning and sometimes saw a few animals such as rabbits in the field. The vacation was super relaxed accordingly! We have already recommended the place to our friends.

What a fantastic stay! The accommodations were wonderful with comfortable beds, a great terrace, and ample space for our family of 5. However, the best part was the connections with Elizabeta’s family and others in the town. We can’t say enough about how welcoming and wonderful everyone was! We would 100% stay again.

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

We had a great week in Croatia. The house is clean and matched the pictures. Unfortunately, we had a few inconveniences, like a horrid nest, but Miro took care of it right away and always went out of his way. Unfortunately, our pool was tilted on the penultimate day and we could no longer go swimming, for this we easily got a refund. The house is very large and has a great, very well maintained outdoor area. We will be happy to come back!😍

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

The apartment is nicely and modernly furnished and offers everything you need. Check-in went smoothly even though we booked at short notice. The sauna in the bathroom is perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed it very much.

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back:)

We have a great stay. We spend less days than we had planned cause of a family situation. Pero was very kind and his dad as well. The view is amazing, you can have breakfast on the terras and sit till late in the evening comfortable outside. The kitchen is big and the living spacious, a good bathroom and good beds. I hope someday we can come back.

We stayed 8 nights in the modern and clean accommodation. From the friendly welcome by Sandro, we felt very comfortable. Sandro and Kristina were on site several times a day and regularly inquired or if you had questions you could speak to them personally. They were very accommodating and committed to making guests feel comfortable. There is a lockable room to store bikes. The homemade cake and Kristina's restaurant tips were great. The beach is very diverse: stone slabs, sandy beach, meadow. We felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the time there.

Another great holiday in a beautiful accommodation. Brane is a fantastic host and very helpful, courteous, and friendly. I can absolutely recommend staying at his place.

We had a perfect 4-night stay at this beautiful villa surrounded by the most beautiful nature. We loved everything about the house, spaciousness, design, location, serenity, amenities, cleanliness and pool. Ivana was a super friendly host, had some great suggestions regarding Istria and communication was a pleasure.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this fantastically beautiful accommodation in Labin. We traveled with five adults, two toddlers and a baby – and we didn't miss anything at all! The place is exactly as described in the ad and shown in the pictures – maybe even more beautiful. The pool was a real highlight, especially with the fantastic view we could enjoy every day. The furnishings of the house leave nothing to be desired – everything was very clean, well maintained and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The hosts welcomed us warmly and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us great tips for excursions and activities in the area, which made our vacation even more varied. We can fully recommend this place and would come back any time. Thank you for this wonderful time!

Villa Grgo is a very nice property and corresponds to the description and photos. The location is a little off the beaten path, you can reach supermarkets, restaurants, cities and beaches in no time by car. The amenities are new and upscale. Pool was also cleaned half of our stay, we also used hot tub and sauna regularly. Communication with the hosts was also great, helpful and fast. Upon request, we were able to check in earlier. All in all, a very nice stay in Istria.
