On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and a summer kitchen where you can enjoy barbecuing. A large bedroom overlooking the pool and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms each with a bathroom. Each room has air conditioning as well as a TV-SAT. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.
