The views are stunning! This is our 2nd stay at the same spot. The beach is peaceful and in late May it’s not crowded. Love being able to walk to restaurants. Gina always leaves sweet notes and a treat. She’s very helpful too. The bathroom has a beautiful update. We can’t wait to come back for our 3rd visit!

Kayla’s condo is absolute immaculate with stunning views of the ocean. She is a tremendous host and will definitely stay here again the next time we come down. I would also recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach vacation.

If you are reading this review and if Mary’s condo is available on or around your desired rates of travel, hit the reserve button!! The pictures are accurate yet don’t do it justice. The floor to ceiling windows showcase the turquoise blue ocean & no matter where you are in the condo, you can see the view. This was beyond our expectations and we loved it. Mary was an incredible, proactive, friendly and very responsive host. We felt that we were long time friends as guests in her home, yet also felt so comfortable since it is stocked with absolutely everything you need - so, we also felt like we owned the place! The resort is great - there’s is something for everyone and it is just minutes from the busyness of the main area of Pensacola Beach. The private parking and ease to get in and out of the condo and position of the building made it a very safe and easy to get around. The beaches are pristine, not crowded and absolutely breathtaking. We absolutely loved it!

Immaculate condo, exactly as pictured. A short distance away from the busy section of Pensacola Beach. Beautiful views from wraparound balcony. We enjoyed sitting there for morning coffee and sunsets.

We loved the condo! It was the perfect location. Right on the beach! The owner was extremely helpful and was able to be contacted easily and responds very quickly. The place was very clean and the entrance to the beach was directly in front of the airbnb. Amazing spot, plus it gave a comfortable coastal home vibe. Would recommend staying here!

Our stay at unit 1808 in tower 3 at the Portofino was spectacular. From the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound to the impeccably clean and beautifully decorated condo, every detail was perfect. The resort offered multiple swimming pools, a fitness center, an on-site spa, and incredibly friendly staff. What sets the Portofino Resort apart is its convenience. With two on-site restaurants and poolside service, you never have to leave the resort. Overall, my stay at the Portofino Resort was a delight, and I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!

Quaint beachside condo. I loved that the building wasn’t nearly as huge as other nearby properties which made check-in, checkout, and elevator wait time easy breezy. Condo had all the things to make you feel right at home. Only ‘issue’ we had was no window treatments in living room and very sheer drapes in the Master, and the sun is very bright in the morning. Jennie was very responsive to any question I had! All around, great unit!

This is by far one of the best places we have stayed out. Jennifer the host was so responsive, clear instructions, overall had a wonderful time and felt like if we were at home.

This condo is in a perfect location! Walked across the road to the jellyfish for fresh local seafood. The view was amazing from the balcony. I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit perdido key Florida. Thank you so much 😊

I have nothing bad to say about our stay, the view was incredible, our place was top notch clean, and the communication with the host was unheard of! We will definitely be booking this place again when we return.

My husband and I spent a week in this awesome condo! The location was perfect! From the room we were able to see the pool as well as the ocean. The condo was very clean and the king bed was great. We will definitely book with Lindsay again next year!!!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was spotless, incredibly spacious, and felt brand new. It was beautifully decorated and stocked with all the essentials—fresh towels, thoughtful touches, and even private parking. The location was perfect: in a quiet neighborhood, close to great restaurants, about 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach, and just an hour from Destin. The host was wonderful—very kind, responsive, and easy to reach through the Airbnb app. She made me feel welcome and was super helpful throughout my stay. Everything about my experience was perfect. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I visit Pensacola Beach, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient stay!

Joni’s place is fantastic! This was our first family vacation (4yo, 2.5yo, & 3mo old). It was the perfect place for us! Super clean, up to date kitchen, and phenomenal view. We loved it so much, that we booked again for next year. We’re hopeful to keep making it our small family tradition at Joni’s place!

Everything at Brian’s was phenomenal and just as it was advertised. My favorites: 1. The price for being on the island and a short walk! 2. He had 5 beach chairs, a rolling cart, and two umbrellas. That alone was probably $250+ I didn’t have to spend or lug from home for our 4 day beach trip! 3. He anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed them! His book told us where the extra linens were for the pull out. And for our neighbors that get up and moving early in the morning, he included fans to help muffle their sounds. Things to note before going: 1. No elevator and you’ll have to make your way to the second floor. 2. The balcony is a step lower than the living room floor. I would definitely book again! Thanks, Brian! We had wonderful memories we’ll keep forever!

This condo is wonderful for a couple of family with small children. Walk out the sliding doors to the sound. Very comfortable memory foam bed. The condo was very welcoming from the moment we walked in.

This condo is so pretty! It had everything we needed plus some extras. Very clean. Fast to respond and very friendly. Definitely will be coming back next year. Perfect location too!

Mindy was a great and amazing host. We loved the condo. It was beautiful and very nice. Felt at home. Our trip was amazing. It was so relaxing. Kitchen was great to cook in. Used the grill in the gazebo. Property was beautiful and lots to do. The back patio is where we spent our evenings until late when we were not fishing. It has the most amazing view of the bay and gorgeous sunsets or for watching a storm come up. Just lovely. I could go on. We will definitely be back, best trip and time I have had and I go to Florida quite a bit. The condo is also located by restaurants and close beaches. All I can say is it was all amazing and absolutely beautiful. Thank you Mindy

We have been vacationing in Navarre the past 5 years and this was by far the best accommodations we have stayed at! The space was amazing and the view from the patio was everything we could have hoped for. Grant was a great host! We will definitely be planning on staying here from here on out!
