Monthly Rentals in Penryn

Cath's place is central to old penryn and conveniently 3 doors away from my son. we knew there was no parking and not a problem as we travelled by train and bus, the bus into Falmouth stops just over the road, the station is 10 minutes walk uphill. the house is tastefully furnished with all you need for a short stay. unfortunately my son is about to move to the other side of Penryn! Penryn itself is a lovely small town with a good selection of pubs, cafes and takeaways, and has a lot of history, but quieter than Falmouth.

Great place for a 2 night break from the rain! Annette was really responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Super apartment for our family of four over the Easter weekend. The check in instructions were very clear and easy, the apartment was clean and well provisioned. Penryn is great and the local coffee shops and pizzeria are excellent!

Warm welcome to Faraday and some good local information from Anthony. The apartment is in a great location with parking outside the door. Easy to find according to instructions and use of keybox. Great for walking to Verdant Brewery Tap, catching the train into Falmouth or popping to the Seasalt sale shop which are all minutes away. A quiet area with great views over Falmouth and easy access to many places worth a visit like Trebah Gardens, St Mawes, Marazion and many other great places and beaches. We could have stayed longer and explored further! I would heartily recommend a stay at Faraday for your holiday as it has all you need and would be very happy to have the opportunity to stay again.
