Vacation rentals with a pool in Passignano sul Trasimeno

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Vi bodde i huset i drygt två veckor och hade en fantastisk vistelse Huset är genomtänkt och har allt man vill ha Omgivningen är magisk och utsikten slående Poolen är stor, ny och rengörs flera gånger per vecka Valerio & Susan var toppen värdar och ordnade tom nya barn tillbehör för att göra vår vistelse ännu bättre (vi reste med barn 1 år & 5 år) Resturang tips och tips på utflykter i närheten var mycket bra, gjorde hela vår vistelse speciell Vi kommer gärna tillbaka

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Casa Trasimonte, hvor vi nød huset, poolen, terrassen og udsigten. Huset er rigt udstyret, så vi spiste en del hjemme. Vi spiste også på den lokale restaurant Lo Scoliotto, hvor udsigten og maden er god. I Tuoro spiste vi med flot udsigt over søen. Selve Largo Trasimeno var lidt af en skuffelse. Ikke at se på (virkelig smuk), men ikke indbydende ift. at bade i. Vi løb gode ture i bjergene omkring huset, og mødte en smuk dyrediversitet. Alt i alt en stor anbefaling fra os.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem absolut niedlichen Haus, das inmitten atemberaubender Natur liegt. Die Ruhe ist einzigartig – man hört nur das Zwitschern der Vögel, und hin und wieder zeigen sich Rehe am Waldrand. Einfach magisch! Der Pool war top gepflegt und man hatte richtig Ruhe. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns die Küche: So liebevoll eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet – das haben wir so noch nie erlebt! Der Gasherd und der hochwertige Backofen haben das Kochen zu einem Vergnügen gemacht. Gastgeber Diego war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich bei ihm sofort willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Ein perfekter Rückzugsort für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und liebevolle Details zu schätzen wissen.

Wir hatten eine wirklich wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft! Sie ist genauso wie auf den Fotos: Sehr schön eingerichtet, ruhig und mit tollem Ausblick. Eines der schönsten Airbnbs, in denen wir bisher waren! Der Pool war leider geschlossen, dafür kann man aber in den umliegenden Seen schwimmen gehen. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte dort, wollen aber ganz sicher noch einmal wiederkommen und dann auch länger bleiben!

Phenomenal. Beautiful villa with unbelievable views. Spacious two bedroom and third big loft area. Great kitchen, well equipped. Lovely outdoor spaces and pool. Up a long dirt road but our car had no problem. Michela and Marco were so organized, meeting us to show us and providing lots of recommendations. So peaceful!

Giuseppe and family are WONDERFUL hosts. made us feel right at home. beautiful property and beautiful location. can't wait to be back!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

I have stayed at 50+ AirBnB and this was my all time favourite. Imagine staying within a castle, with an adjacent church, a great pool and the most fabolous views of the umbrian country side. Not to forget the best equipped kitchen and the best care taker Nazareno. And an actual fresco in the bedroom! Cant recommend this place enough.

Un’oasi di pace e ospitalità: il Capolinea è un angolo di paradiso – anche per i nostri amici a quattro zampe 🐾 ! Siamo stati accolti con calore da Monica, con la sua energia travolgente, e Renato, con il suo aplomb irresistibile. Due persone gentili, attente e autentiche, che sanno farti sentire subito a casa. Le nostre due Weimaraner si sono sentite subito a loro agio, accolte con affetto e libertà. Il Capolinea è immerso nel verde, perfetto per rallentare e riscoprire il piacere delle piccole cose. La piscina invita al relax, magari con un aperitivo al tramonto. A pochi minuti, una collina regala una vista spettacolare sul lago, da togliere il fiato. Ogni dettaglio è curato con amore, creando un’atmosfera calda e rigenerante. Stare al Capolinea è respirare l’energia di un sogno diventato realtà: Monica e Renato hanno creato un luogo autentico, dove godere della natura, del buon cibo e delle connessioni umane vere. Torneremo presto. Ci mancherete tantissimo 😘!

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad bij Leonardo! Een pareltje in Toscane: prachtig uitzicht, rust, mooi ingericht huisje met zwembad en alles erop en eraan. Leonarde reageerde snel en stond ons tot laat op te wachten toen we heel lang in de file stonden. Wij komen zeker terug!

Vincent is really a great host and super friendly. We love staying at this house, especially with the panoramic view of Tuscany. Highly recommened!

Jederzeit wieder! Wir sind total herzlich empfangen worden. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber hat für zwei Personen alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten auf der Terrasse oder am Pool viel Zeit um zu entspannen und die Idylle der Toskana zu genießen. Im Umkreis kann man wunderschöne Orte, Restaurants, Weingüter und vieles mehr besuchen. Emanuele und Angela waren immer erreichbar und haben uns tolle Insider Tipps gegeben. L'alloggio è un piccolo paradiso di tranquillità. zero inquinamento acustico. vista meravigliosa. ambiente curato e una bellissima piscina dove rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. Antonella e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, gentili e estremamente discrete. posizione strategica per visitare sia i villaggi del lago Trasimeno sia per visitare Perugia, Assisi e tanti altri posti. il borgo vicino è incantevole e si può fare la spesa di prodotti locali. per una spesa più complessa basta raggiungere il villaggio del lago (Passignano) e si trova coop e Conad. unico aspetto che va considerato è che l area è totalmente sprovvista di rete mobile. la casa è dotata di wifi però appena esci di casa anche solo per andare in piscina non hai modo di accedere alla rete. per chi come noi aveva voglia di staccare da tutto è stato un non problema. se invece avessi avuto bisogno di lavorare o essere reperibile va considerato. nel complesso per noi è stata una bellissima settimana di relax. vale la pena.

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft! Der Außenbereich mit dem tollen Pool, der liebevoll gepflegten Umgebung und dem atemberaubenden Ausblick war einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt – besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass der Gastgeber täglich den Außenbereich gepflegt und den Müll entsorgt hat. Luigi und seine Frau waren unglaublich herzlich, haben uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben und uns mit einem fantastischen 4-Gänge-Menü überrascht – ein unvergessliches Highlight! Das Haus liegt ruhig und abgelegen, ideal zum Abschalten. Gleichzeitig ist die charmante kleine Stadt im Tal wunderbar authentisch und touristenfrei. Florenz, Siena und andere schöne Orte sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung!

This was a truly authentic experience. Our host was so responsive and attentive to our needs. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and olive oil. And the passion our host has for his property is inspiring. We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. We truly felt like family! This region of Italy is particularly beautiful and the town of Cortona was charming.

We had a great stay at the villa! Diego and Aldo were great hosts and were very responsive to any issues we had. There was a slight issue with the water but both of them were able to quickly help and were extremely kind. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time in the house. The view is amazing, a lot of nature, nice and fresh pool, big terrace and garden, lots of bird and other animal sounds, no neighbors. The rooms were quite big and the kitchen very well stuffed. There is also a washing machine, dish washer and 2 big fridges. A few small points we feel like we’d like to mention from our side however: - one of us was trying to work from abroad and the WiFi was quite bad. it was not strong enough for a zoom call, so home office is not really doable from there - some (2/5) bathrooms had a really bad smell. We couldn’t really find out where it came from - some of the showers were not really water proof. The water went basically out of the shower into the bathroom - quite some ants in the kitchen, but with some effort (insect spray and avoiding foods on the counter) it was possible to keep them out We still had a great time. It is the perfect place to disconnect and we would definitely come back! Thanks a lot!

Overall the location and charm of the property were stunning. Spacious bedrooms and living areas (beware uneven flooring, to be expected in an old farmhouse, my elderly father struggled). NOTE: we have not been asked for a cash deposit with Airbnb before and were surprised when a man came about 3 hours after we arrived to collect €400 cash. He spoke no English and used his phone to call someone who could speak to me. The host had not said he would be coming, or who he was. I contacted Airbnb support who said I could pay through the resolution centre. As others mentioned, there were no oil, salt, pepper etc, although a few dishwasher tablets. The jacuzzi and sauna work with tokens for €8 each. Didn’t use so not sure how long you get. BUT, this is a stunning property with unbeatable views in the heart of Tuscany, tucked away on a hillside down a gravel track. Would definitely book again. Pool is pristine, towels spotless, beds comfortable.

We had the most amazing time at Chiara’s place!! She was a spectacular host and everything was beyond perfect!! Chiara went above and beyond with every little thing and it couldn’t have been more amazing or special. She is friendly, kind, warm, thoughtful, funny and genuinely caring. We are already planning our trip back!! 😍🥰😉
