Vacation rentals with a patio in Passignano sul Trasimeno

Daniela was a perfect host providing great ingormation and answering all our questions. Nazareno our onsite host was equally accomodating and was available at all times to answer questions offer advice and became more like a friend, along with his cannine friend Kira. We would highly recommend Borgo Monte Lagello to anyone looking for a peaceful location in Umbria with amazing views and all the aminities you could wish for, in close proximity to numerous attractions in Umbria.

This was the most magical place to call home while in Tuscany. Marco communicated really well from the beginning, and was available for any questions you may have had. The bathrooms were so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were enough pillows and blankets if you got cold and the air conditioning was perfect for those hot days and as a bonus the wifi worked really well. The swimming pool was only a few steps away and had a breathtaking view as well and was super clean. The sunsets were to die for on the front patio and they even provide a table with an umbrella if you want to dine outdoors. This place was so beautiful and felt like home, it was our favourite place in all of Italy.

The apartment was amazing! Very centrally located with a great terrace and stocked with everything you need and so many little extras! Being able to park at their farm made it super easy to get out and explore the area. You will not find better hosts than Leonie and Nico. They were super responsive and I really appreciated Leonie making all of our dinner reservations. The activities they recommended were the best! Especially a not to be missed experience at Caseificio Piu! This is a very special place and we will definitely be back.

Staying at this apartment was truly magical. Every time I looked out the window or stepped onto the balcony, I was left in awe. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the town of Montepulciano was every bit as beautiful—charming, historic, and full of character. Leaving was the hardest part, and I’m already counting down the days until I can return. From the incredible local restaurants to the stunning wineries nestled in the Tuscan hills, every moment felt like a dream. Photos simply can’t capture the beauty—you have to experience it for yourself.

Tommaso’s unit had an extremely unique and beautiful interior, a great outdoor space and spectacular view of Perugia. I chose this airbnb based on the interior photos, view photos and location. The location is a five minute walk from everything you need to see in Perugia’s city center. The amenities are clean and the beds are comfortable. I slept in the bedroom and had a great rest, especially with the cool/comfortable temperature in the room and how it remained dark after sunrise. It was perfect! I was very pleased with every aspect of my stay at Tomasso’s place.

Perfect location with the most stunning views! Easy walk to restaurants, small grocery store, and yet peaceful. Hostess gave us great town locations to visit all within 15 min. Place was also very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Collepino is a small, historic, quiet village, and the house is in the centre, near the restaurant and bar/cafe. It is very peaceful, great for relaxing after exploring nearby historic towns (eg Spello and Assisi), or immersing yourself in nature hiking/biking the many trails on Mt Subasio. (note - at this time of year the restaurant was only open Fri/Sat/Sun and the bar/cafe did not open every day). Alessio is a superb host. He met us personally and introduced us to the house. The information provided re recommendations, and things to do, is the most comprehensive we have experienced in any Airbnb. He is very friendly, responive, and proactive too. Like many historic, small villages/towns in Italy, it is not possible to park your car at the property. However, there is plenty of free public parking nearby, we didn't have a problem. Thank you Alessio, we had a great stay.

The area is incredible, peaceful and the view spectacular. Asciano has the delightful charm of an Italian village. The people were friendly and welcoming. Even got greeted by their local police who offered up their number in case we needed anything. I felt safe, and it felt as if I lived there for years. I’d say this is a piece of heaven on earth. Bellezza maestosa! Non vedo l'ora di visitare di nuovo la Toscana e la città di Asciano! Grazie!

Diva's studio is a lovely tranquil spot in the heart of the Tuscan mainlands with a beautiful view from the patio and garden .Diva welcomes us on arrival and despite the language barrier she communicates warmly and effectively through Google translate with clear instructions . we loved the little kitchenette , comfy bed and tasteful interiors . we were kept company by her lovely dog and cat Maggie . this little nook is a suitable distance from local touristic hotspots like Bagni San Fillipo but is secluded and private which is what we wanted as a couple. there is also a lovely surprise for the guests on arrival which I will not disclose at this time ! highly recommend the lovely host - Diva and her cosy studio

The house exceeded our expectations by far! It is not only beautiful but also extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the dreamy garden, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake – a true oasis of peace. The communication with Andreas was excellent, as were the clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and our stay very easy. We felt completely at home here and would love to come back again!

This apartment in a small village is bigger than you can imagine, like stepping into a big square, three private rooms with two toilets, very convenient for three people to stay.The Host and neighbors are friendly and warm.Although the location is a little difficult to find, you need to carefully check the map when driving, but the flaws do not cover the good points.The apartment experience is great overall!

Amazing place and would definitely be our number one place to stay when we return. Clean and spotless with luxuries like slippers are provided and some breakfast items too. Even a UK-Italy plug converter! Loved it! Thank you to Lucia, Luca and your mum! xx

We had a wonderful week-long visit. I wish we had stayed longer. The villa is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, with modern amenities and appliances but also has some very nice antique furniture and decor. The outdoor patio is really amazing, with views of distant Tuscan hills and farms, olive and cypress trees - a great place to eat and relax outdoors. Nearby Arezzo is a great place to visit. There are many interested museums, churches and places to visit in the older section of the town (including the Basilica di San Francesco with frescoes by Piero della Francesca), but there are also more modern parts of town with shops and restaurants, and ample parking. The villa is also within easy driving distance of many other surrounding towns (such as Cortona) and places to visit. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the olive oil that is provided and made from the trees growing on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

I wanted to visit the area to continue my interest in following the 'Piero della Francesca trail' . It is an ideal location to visit the surrounding towns such as Sansepolcro and Monterchi but Citta di Castello is a very interesting place in itself. The flat was beautifully presented and as many have already said the parking and the terrace made it as close to perfect as can be. The weather allowed me to enjoy my breakfast on the terrace every morning. Within 10 minutes walk of the flat there is the River Tiber Trail which runs alongside the river for about 20 km and is worth a visit.

Ilva was so sweet to arrange to hold a free parking space for us and provided very clear driving instructions as a local road was closed. The apartment was just as pictured and spacious enough for our family of three. The town is a short walk away and worth spending a day or two!

A very nice stay in Tuscany. Within driving distance to many great destinations - Montepulciana, Cortona, Arezzo, Siena. If you just want to relax, it is a very peaceful place with a lovely pool. The grocery store was 5 minutes away and Marian always had wonderful recommendations for us.

Lovely apartment in a peaceful location. The house was very nice and well furnished. Martina (the host) has been very proactive in providing us all the necessary furnitures for the baby (baby seat and coat) and other info to check in and moving around the area. Recommended!

My partner and I had a wedding in the local area and this location was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and were even able to drive us where we needed to go for the weekend. We also asked if we could be picked up from the airport and we were accommodated for that too. Giovanni was very quick to respond to our messages during our stay and was very flexible with our check out time. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment stays very cool so there’s no need to worry about having no air-con, a fan was provided and that was enough. The pool area is amazing and it is so tranquil, there are a lot of bugs in the area though so bring your bug spray! Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the area or have a wedding to attend at Terzo di Danciano.

I was in contact with Federica more than six months before I arrived. She helped me with questions I had about the environment, was interested and was pleasant even though I flooded her with a lot of questions all the time, she answered kindly and quickly. The night before we came, I asked if there was an iron in the apartment. Since there wasn't, and Frederica understood that it was important to me, she went and bought it. In the refrigerator, eggs, milk, and even avocados were waiting for us. There was tea, jam, butter and bread. Quality bath soaps and the bed was incredibly comfortable. She was really waiting for us to come.
