Vacation rentals with a patio in Passignano sul Trasimeno

We ended our Italy vacation in Spello and this was the perfect place to relax and reorganize while we enjoyed the surroundings and beauty of Umbria. Unique interior and roomy enough to spread out and still keep the interior tidy and comfortable. Argen and Wendy were very responsive and provided information when we needed it. We would love to come back!

Daniela was a perfect host providing great ingormation and answering all our questions. Nazareno our onsite host was equally accomodating and was available at all times to answer questions offer advice and became more like a friend, along with his cannine friend Kira. We would highly recommend Borgo Monte Lagello to anyone looking for a peaceful location in Umbria with amazing views and all the aminities you could wish for, in close proximity to numerous attractions in Umbria.

Great location, responsive hosts, lots to do in the heart of Assisi. What more can you ask for? Wonderful place to experience the deeply religious experience of St Francis' hometown!

This was the most magical place to call home while in Tuscany. Marco communicated really well from the beginning, and was available for any questions you may have had. The bathrooms were so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were enough pillows and blankets if you got cold and the air conditioning was perfect for those hot days and as a bonus the wifi worked really well. The swimming pool was only a few steps away and had a breathtaking view as well and was super clean. The sunsets were to die for on the front patio and they even provide a table with an umbrella if you want to dine outdoors. This place was so beautiful and felt like home, it was our favourite place in all of Italy.

The apartment was amazing! Very centrally located with a great terrace and stocked with everything you need and so many little extras! Being able to park at their farm made it super easy to get out and explore the area. You will not find better hosts than Leonie and Nico. They were super responsive and I really appreciated Leonie making all of our dinner reservations. The activities they recommended were the best! Especially a not to be missed experience at Caseificio Piu! This is a very special place and we will definitely be back.

Wow! From the moment I walked in with Tommaso, I was absolutely stunned by how beautiful the place was—truly amazing! The location couldn't have been better, and Tommaso was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. He even kindly answered a late-night call from me about something I probably could have figured out on my own (sorry, Tommaso!). I only wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Found ourselves in a bit of a dilemma as our plans had been thrown by a train strike. Robbie was our saviour. Lovely apartment, close to the station with everything you could need. Would definitely use again if I find myself in Perugia. Many thanks for everything Robbie.

There are not enough words to describe how much we loved Maria‘s house. It was perfect for a family. It was also the newest and most updated interior Italian house I’ve seen so far on my journey. Maria was so communicative and hospitable. We would’ve stayed longer if we could. 10 out of 10.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Collepino is a small, historic, quiet village, and the house is in the centre, near the restaurant and bar/cafe. It is very peaceful, great for relaxing after exploring nearby historic towns (eg Spello and Assisi), or immersing yourself in nature hiking/biking the many trails on Mt Subasio. (note - at this time of year the restaurant was only open Fri/Sat/Sun and the bar/cafe did not open every day). Alessio is a superb host. He met us personally and introduced us to the house. The information provided re recommendations, and things to do, is the most comprehensive we have experienced in any Airbnb. He is very friendly, responive, and proactive too. Like many historic, small villages/towns in Italy, it is not possible to park your car at the property. However, there is plenty of free public parking nearby, we didn't have a problem. Thank you Alessio, we had a great stay.

The area is incredible, peaceful and the view spectacular. Asciano has the delightful charm of an Italian village. The people were friendly and welcoming. Even got greeted by their local police who offered up their number in case we needed anything. I felt safe, and it felt as if I lived there for years. I’d say this is a piece of heaven on earth. Bellezza maestosa! Non vedo l'ora di visitare di nuovo la Toscana e la città di Asciano! Grazie!

We had a wonderful week-long visit. I wish we had stayed longer. The villa is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, with modern amenities and appliances but also has some very nice antique furniture and decor. The outdoor patio is really amazing, with views of distant Tuscan hills and farms, olive and cypress trees - a great place to eat and relax outdoors. Nearby Arezzo is a great place to visit. There are many interested museums, churches and places to visit in the older section of the town (including the Basilica di San Francesco with frescoes by Piero della Francesca), but there are also more modern parts of town with shops and restaurants, and ample parking. The villa is also within easy driving distance of many other surrounding towns (such as Cortona) and places to visit. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the olive oil that is provided and made from the trees growing on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

We had a great week at Silvia's house. From the first moment, we really felt at home. The view from the house of the lake is beautiful and the sunsets are magical. The house itself is genuinely equipped with all comforts. The beds are wonderful, the bathrooms are perfect and the kitchen is very extensive. Furthermore, it is also noticeable that everything is really super clean and tidy. A lot of time and effort has been put into having everything perfect. The surroundings are of course magnificent. You have the beautiful lake in your backyard, but you are also in Tuscany. So there is plenty to see and do. Silvia is also a very nice and kind host. Communication is very pleasant and fast and she sends a very detailed explanation and tips before your arrival. And if there are any questions in between, she is immediately ready to help you. We hope to be returning one day.

I wanted to visit the area to continue my interest in following the 'Piero della Francesca trail' . It is an ideal location to visit the surrounding towns such as Sansepolcro and Monterchi but Citta di Castello is a very interesting place in itself. The flat was beautifully presented and as many have already said the parking and the terrace made it as close to perfect as can be. The weather allowed me to enjoy my breakfast on the terrace every morning. Within 10 minutes walk of the flat there is the River Tiber Trail which runs alongside the river for about 20 km and is worth a visit.

Ilva was so sweet to arrange to hold a free parking space for us and provided very clear driving instructions as a local road was closed. The apartment was just as pictured and spacious enough for our family of three. The town is a short walk away and worth spending a day or two!

Our stay at Leonardo’s place was absolutely unforgettable! First of all, Leonardo was an exceptional host—by far the best we’ve ever had on Airbnb. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. As a thoughtful gesture, he greeted us with homemade cake on our first day and even shared fresh zucchini from his garden—such a warm and personal touch! The home itself exceeded our expectations; it was even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail was perfect—from the cozy rooms and stunning views to the relaxing pool and the magical fireflies that lit up the night. The entire setting was peaceful, private, and had a wonderfully romantic atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a special getaway. Thank you, Leonardo, for making our stay so memorable!

Lovely apartment in a peaceful location. The house was very nice and well furnished. Martina (the host) has been very proactive in providing us all the necessary furnitures for the baby (baby seat and coat) and other info to check in and moving around the area. Recommended!

My partner and I had a wedding in the local area and this location was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and were even able to drive us where we needed to go for the weekend. We also asked if we could be picked up from the airport and we were accommodated for that too. Giovanni was very quick to respond to our messages during our stay and was very flexible with our check out time. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment stays very cool so there’s no need to worry about having no air-con, a fan was provided and that was enough. The pool area is amazing and it is so tranquil, there are a lot of bugs in the area though so bring your bug spray! Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the area or have a wedding to attend at Terzo di Danciano.

I was in contact with Federica more than six months before I arrived. She helped me with questions I had about the environment, was interested and was pleasant even though I flooded her with a lot of questions all the time, she answered kindly and quickly. The night before we came, I asked if there was an iron in the apartment. Since there wasn't, and Frederica understood that it was important to me, she went and bought it. In the refrigerator, eggs, milk, and even avocados were waiting for us. There was tea, jam, butter and bread. Quality bath soaps and the bed was incredibly comfortable. She was really waiting for us to come.

Perugia is one of my favorite places on earth and Samuele’s place was the perfect spot to share that with my family! Great loft and great location!
