Die großzügige Wohnung hat ca. 70 m² Wohnfläche und befindet sich im 1. OG eines aufwendig generalsanierten Altstadthauses nahe am berühmten Passauer Dreiflußeck direkt am Inn. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, lediglich der Wohnraum hat ein Fenster zu einem Schulhof in dem zeitweise Schüler lärmen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, also ausreichend Wäsche, Geschirr, Kücheneinrichtung, etc. Sie ist ideal geeignet für 2 Personen, eine zusätzliche Schlafcouch ist jedoch vorhanden.

Die Fensterseite öffnet sich zu einem kleinen, sonnigen Garten – eine ruhige Oase mitten in der Stadt. Direkt vor der Tür beginnt das charmante Gassengewirr rund um Künstlergasse und Residenzplatz mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Der imposante Dom und Rathaus sind nur einen gemütlichen fünfminütigen Spaziergang entfernt – ideal für Kulturfreunde und Stadtentdecker.

Die gemütliche 2 Zimmer-Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Kohlbruck. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Kaufland, etc.), Banken, Tankstelle, Restaurants, Messegelände, Erlebnisbad, Polizei, Spielplatz, etc. Wer einen längeren Spaziergang nicht scheut, kann das Zentrum in gut 30 Minuten erreichen. Ansonsten hält die Buslinie 8 direkt vor der Haustür sowie Linie 1 und 2 ca. 100 m weiter. Einfache und schnelle Anbindung zur Autobahn. Stellplatz vorhanden.

Meine Unterkunft liegt zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig in der Altstadt von Passau. Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selber ist komplett neu saniert und renoviert, mit tollen, hochwertigen Möbel, mit denen wir Dir ein schönen Aufenthalt bieten möchten.

Das kleine Zimmer ist teilweise mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet und befindet sich in der alten Schiffsposthalterei von 1805 gegenüber dem Schloss, mit interessantem Museum direkt an der Donau. Der Garten kann von unseren Gästen genutzt werden . Donauradweg führt am Haus vorbei außerdem gibt es neben der üblichen Busverbindung auch die Möglichkeit mit der Fähre nach Österreich überzusetzen oder mit dem Dampfer nach Linz bzw. Passau zu fahren

Christine war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir haben sie zwar nicht persönlich kennengelernt aber Christine war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Unterkunft ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor der Türe und in guten 15 Minuten ist gelangt man ins Stadtzentrum. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich wie daheim. Der große Balkon ist schön und gemütlich. Danke für alles :)

We have stayed in many airbnbs. This was one of our very favorites. The apartment is spacious and light and very tastefully decorated. It was comfortable and welcoming. We had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The location was superb. I would recommend this spot without any hesitation. We would change nothing about our stay, and are already making plans to stay here again in the future. Absolutely loved it!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr gut ist die Anbindung an die Stadt. Die Ausstattung hat uns super gefallen. Leider war die Dusche nicht gereinigt. Ein Fön hat uns gefehlt.

Teresa and her family were extremely welcoming and helpful and our arrival was super easy. Would highly recommend if you are cycling as it is on the bike route and a secure area for our bikes was provided. We didn’t need them as it is easy walking to the main attractions. It also had a nice view of the river! Passau is definitely worth at least a two to three night stay.

It's a lovely little apartment in a quiet little area, very close to the motorway which was convenient as we were driving across Europe and used this as a layover
