Die Fensterseite öffnet sich zu einem kleinen, sonnigen Garten – eine ruhige Oase mitten in der Stadt. Direkt vor der Tür beginnt das charmante Gassengewirr rund um Künstlergasse und Residenzplatz mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Der imposante Dom und Rathaus sind nur einen gemütlichen fünfminütigen Spaziergang entfernt – ideal für Kulturfreunde und Stadtentdecker.

The completely renovated apartment with three bedrooms is located in Künstlergasse Passaus, in Höllgasse, directly on the Danube promenade. Restaurants, small art studios are in the immediate neighborhood. Sights such as City Hall, Cathedral, Church of Blessed Gisela and the pedestrian zone are a 3-10 minute walk away. The village tip, where the Danube, Inn and Ilz flow together, are also easily reached. Wonderful as a starting point for bike rides. Equipped with three double beds.

The apartment is located in a historic, over 500 year old shipmaster's house in the heart of Passau's old town. The rooms are high and the ceilings are decorated with stucco. The large soundproof windows face south and north. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a playable piano in the living room.
