Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Located between Passau and the Bavarian Forest and on the Danube-Ilz cycle path, we present our new apartment. With a lot of love for detail, we have created a place of relaxation in the air-conditioned attic. The apartment has its own entrance. Via the staircase you can get to the basement with an anteroom and cloakroom. In the first room is the eat-in kitchen with sofa and table, kitchenette and TV. Through an open passage you enter the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.
