Hello everyone, my name is Jeffrey, My mother Roma and I have put alot of time and hard work into making what we believe is a very comfortable and unique experience in Canarsie. We turn what was a 3 bedroom apt. into one very spacious one bedroom open concept apt. while keeping the kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom for privacy, we will be hosting guests during stay and available for tour of the city if needed. In accordance to state law, we must follow the guide lines.

Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).

It has a large living room and 2 bathrooms, providing plenty of space, small workstations, good energy, plants, and light. There are no places like this in the area! Additionally, there's a big table with 6 chairs in the living room, a kitchen, a comfy couch, a projector, and everything else you may need to feel good!

We reside in the house and are available at all times. You have private access to the entire top floor with 2 bedrooms (queen/ double), air conditioning and overhead fans, skylights, sitting areas, and a European spa bathroom with claw-foot tub, overlooking our garden and trees.
