Two short blocks to prospect park and famous Brooklyn Bandshell as well as half a block to the subway will make your commute a breeze to anywhere in Brooklyn or Manhattan. We love our neighborhood feel while still in the most exciting borough of New York!

Shared entrance to second floor suite as pictured, with working fireplace, outside furnished large deck with pleasant view, and a dreamy bed. Lockable bedroom and full apartment .Close to most subway trains and buses, easy access to Manhattan and local features including Prospect Park, Barclay Center, all museums, and features great shopping and dining for all of your tastes. There are stairs to get to the unit.

Beautiful Brooklyn space in Prospect Heights!

Gorgeous , sunny one bedroom in my home. My home is a beautiful historic brownstone. Newly renovated throughout. It's located in one of the most desired, hip areas in Brooklyn with great restaurants and nightlife nearby. Close to all transportation, the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park. A very safe neighborhood for walks. You can ride the train directly from Penn Station or JFK to the apartment. We have an apartment wide Next Generation HEPA Filtration System to protect against viruses.

The top floor of privately-owned brownstone built in 1899 in a historic Park Slope part of Brooklyn. Just a short walk from 500-acre Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and Botanic Garden. Short walk to multiple subway lines (3 stops to Manhattan). The place had undergone major renovation: central A/C, upgraded bathrooms, new appliances and décor. Under NYC law, we are allowed to host only two "paying guests". Reach out to us first if your party includes more than two adults.
