Tranquil b&b in new home overlooking forest.

In a new house located at the end of a private chemin in a chic quartier of Parentis en Born, 3kms from the centre of the town and lake, no shops or restaurants in the quartier. The house backs onto the forest with a small gate for access for dog walks and exploring. The area is very calm and the house is accessed through a large electric gate onto a large secure parking area. The accommodation is on the first floor and private from the main house. The entrance and foyer is a shared area.

Welcome to our charming detached wooden chalet, located in the heart of Audenge in Gironde. We are delighted to welcome you to our room (15 m², 160 bed) which can comfortably accommodate two people with free breakfast. This accommodation is conveniently located for exploring the region or for professionals passing through. It is located 30 minutes from the Cap Ferret peninsula and Arcachon, 40 minutes from Bordeaux, 200 m from the coastal path. No smoking. Pets not allowed.

My accommodation is in a great location, 500 m from the lake, 200 m from the golf course and 6 km from the ocean. It is a 25 m2 chalet with sitting area, TV and fridge. It also consists of a sleeping area with a 160 bed and premium bedding. You have completely independent access, with a private terrace. A common kitchen is also available to guests. This cabin is located near Biscarrosse's lake and golf course, it includes comfortable bedding, ideal for couples.

Nice room in independent cabin (16 m2) with bathroom and dry toilet. Small fridge. Very comfortable bedding, supporting testimonials! Very quiet neighborhood (sometimes the ducks singing at our neighbor's is worth noting). Bike paths 50 m away. 5 minutes by car from the market. Pyla's first beaches: 10 minutes drive. I propose you to prepare a full breakfast (10€/pers): hot drink, 1 fruit juice, 1 fruit, 1 pastries, 1/2 baguette, butter, jam.
