You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Flat very close to "la Place de la Bourse", "le Grand Théâtre", "le Miroir d'eau" and of many other strategical places of the city. Shops, restaurants, bars around. The renting includes the provision of sheets and towels of toilet and household. Wifi competitive and limitless.
