We have completely renovated this lovely typical Arcachon house. We love to sit in the pretty armchairs of its tree-lined terrace, then go for a walk on the beach that we reach in just a 3-minute walk. You can also walk to the market and the heart of the city. The house (90 m2) consists of a ground floor and 1st floor. There are 3 rooms on each level. On the ground floor, the kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and an independent toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms separated by a living room/TV corner. Two bedrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. The other has a shower and sink. The floor is reached either by an internal staircase or by an external staircase. On the ground floor each of the rooms opens onto the 80 m2 terrace. The very pleasant terrace is furnished and offers a small kitchen area with sink and plancha. For your arrival either someone will welcome you, or you can pick up the keys in the key safe. I will let you know the terms before you arrive. I stay in constant contact with my guests before and during their stay The house is a short walk from the heart of Arcachon and close to the beach, easily accessible on foot. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but has local shops for shopping. You can come by taxi from the station or also on foot.

Come and relax in this new wooden house, located 4 km from the ocean. It consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 160 beds and a 180 bed divisible into 2*90), a bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room and its sliding door for an indoor-outdoor spirit. The villa is located in a quiet subdivision, at the entrance to Cazaux (municipality of La Teste de Buch). Cazaux is known for its lake (2nd largest freshwater lake in France), but also for its proximity to the Bassin d'Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat. The two-bedroom house, with an open-plan kitchen in the living and dining room, has a saltwater pool, summer kitchen, petanque court, and a shaded summer lounge at the back of the garden.

This beautiful villa is located on a quiet street close to the heart of the village. With a surface area of 420 m2, it can accommodate 10 people. Unique and spacious, it has a games room with billiards and foosball. Outside you can enjoy the large wooded garden, heated swimming pool, shaded dining area, boules court, ping pong table, darts, parking for several cars. The grounds are fully fenced with automatic gate.
