The cottage is non-smoking, bedding and towels are provided as well as a breakfast tray with a Krups coffee machine, "Nespresso" pods, infusion and tea, sugar, cupcakes, bottled water.

30 m2 cottage with large terrace (30 m2) in a quiet area by the forest on a plot of 740 m2, shared with another cottage. 700 m from the lake of Cazaux-Sanguinet and 7 km from the ocean and downtown Biscarrosse. 20 km from the Dune du Pyla (highest sand dune in Europe) and 30 km from Arcachon. Due to the forest location, mobile network and Internet connection are not so good but get much better closer to the lake, 700 m away.

A completely refurbished old residential cottage on fenced and private land with quiet oaks, close to the beaches of Mimizan(12 km), golf, Lake Ste Eulalie (4 km), bike paths and shops. Ideal for all types of stays whether alone, as a couple and/or small family (with a baby you can put an umbrella bed in it) and there is a driver. It is fully equipped.
