The cottage is non-smoking, bedding and towels are provided as well as a breakfast tray with a Krups coffee machine, "Nespresso" pods, infusion and tea, sugar, cupcakes, bottled water.

With its typical character and comfortable interior, the house is a perfect place to spend a quiet holiday and enjoy nature. This 80 m2 house is composed of a large living room, with a large fireplace, an equipped open kitchen, plus a dining area as well as 2 bedrooms, a shower room and toilet.

Relax in this quiet space with private entrance without overlooking neighbors and outdoor parking space. You will have the choice of having a private outdoor SPA/JACUZZI heated to 37°C (30 euros for 2 hours of use between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. or 50 euros unlimited until the next morning). Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
